I am very pleased with the cooperation with Toyota...

I am very pleased with the cooperation with Toyota Leasing. I sign a second contract with this company :) The first was the Toyota Auris hybrid - a super car [economical, comfortable and of course reliable as it is Toyota:)] Now there will be a Toyota Corolla. Contact with the company immediately, the contract is clear and legible - no hidden costs, and most importantly very profitable. I highly recommend again.

The thieves, a month after the end of the leasing ...

The thieves, a month after the end of the leasing contract, sent an invoice of 7,500 for overdrive, after the next 3 months they sent another one for the amount of 7,700 and explained that they sold the car cheaper than they had imagined! The case is already with a lawyer. We bought a total of 3 Lexus and 5 Toyota cars, but this is the end of business with this company.

In a word, the worst company !!! Instead of transferring up to 30 days, the assignment lasted over 40. No one is responsible for their work. Switching from department to department. No person responsible for handling the case. Documents sent instead of to Toyota Joy were sent to Cz stochowa !!!! Calls for payment, threatening debt collection. Even the leasing manager knows nothing. I think he brews coffee best, so he was chosen. SCANDAL !!!!! I advise against contacts.

Absolute lack of competence. Huge mess! Many hours on the phone and conflicting feedback. Fortunately, in March this year I finished my adventure with Toyota. After terminating the contract and passing 2 vehicles in the showroom in Toru (his negative opinion does not apply - competent and pleasant service), I received information that I would be charged the amount for early termination of the contract. Sure thing. I wait and wait, and the invoices do not come out. Not the first time. I write an urgent email and get a reply that all invoices will be issued, you just have to wait. So I have been waiting patiently for 2 months (!!!). This week I have sent another e-mail. And here I finally got the answer - in Annex 2 of the invoice. Fantastic, except that the content of the invoices indicates that they were issued in March, while the payment deadline expired at the beginning of April. TOTAL ABSURD. A quick return message and another correction invoice for the collection ... I used the leasing service to keep my mind at ease. If someone also comes up with this assumption, I DO NOT RECOMMEND such a partner as Toyota Leasing Polska Sp. z o.o.

I chose the new Lexus. I chose the car from the stock so as not to wait for it. Ms. checks the company's credibility and we can take 10% as much as possible. Therefore, I sign a contract, I pay 5% of the car's value for the reservation. The car is to be in 3 weeks, it is for 5 and just before receiving it learns that they want not 10, but 15% of the own contribution, and if we do not pay the own contribution, we lose the car and a 5% deposit! I didn't think that in Lexus they could deceive me like that and give me a 10% decision first, and then extort an additional 5% own contribution from us. But somehow we swallowed. And here begins the real way of the cross. We don't receive invoices. We are to receive by e-mail. From the first month, I have been calling them that their invoice bank is down. Each time switched to the IT department and each time they promise to fix these errors. I rock with them for 5 months! 5 months, where I neither know what the leasing installment is, nor have an invoice for it! After 5 months, I am called by a criminal whom I had already dealt with when he worked in the idea of leasing and submitted a false notification to the prosecutor's office about a crime and forged evidence in the form of a contract. This criminal tells me that he has a power of attorney from Toyota leasing to collect the car. No payment request from Toyota leasing in advance. I hang up and call Toyota leasing, and there they tell me that they do not know about any recovery and the contract is still ongoing, so there is nothing to pick up. I am calling the criminal again and he reports that his property is being stolen. Extra what? Thus, it intensifies its Toyota phones and forces them to send invoices so that I can be clean. I've been calling all day. The total call time is about 4 hours, and the time for calling is from 9 to almost 6pm! In the end I came across a freshman on the hotline and he tells me that there will be no invoices in the bank, which was not inserted by anyone and will send me these invoices by e-mail! Cool. Literally in 15 minutes I received an invoice by email. Something no other employee could do for 5 months! I paid the invoices. However, I learned that I had to pay PLN 1160 for debt collection costs. Debt collection, which apparently did not take place, as if they did not employ a criminal for recovery, and this recovery consisted in the fact that a criminal called me. I have to pay for the fact that they did not want to issue invoices for 5 months? I immediately revoked my consent to email invoices. Do you think they started to come by post? Nothing could be more wrong. And so they didn't come and they didn't even have confirmation of postings. I had to pay because I already knew the rate, but I haven't seen the invoices until now. The tax office doesn't care. There is no control over this company. All we have left is the process of leasing invoices! Can you imagine it You have to deal with them for lease invoices! How did it end I had an accident by car. The appraiser said that the vehicle was out of order before the accident, which I reported many times. The car was on the site more often than at my place. Non stop suspension problems. Of course, leasing has a nose that after making the geometry in Lexus and driving 5 km has a different geometry than on the print with ASO. The insurer wanted to repair. He made a quote and great. The value of the car is high, so whatever happens, this car pays to fold. But what? Leasing does not provide authorization to liquidate and pay compensation. It turns out that they want total damage. They struggle with the insurance company for 3 months and I don't have a car, but it's no wonder that they want to pay for leasing. Are they arguing with the insurer, and should I be responsible? Well, they won and shortened my way of the cross. Ok, but despite recognizing the total damage and the contract expiring, they want to pay the leasing installments. That Bareja would not think of, and for them it is everyday life. Now I am waiting 8 days for them to complete the formalities with the insurer. How long will it take?

I have been using Toyota Leasing for two years and I intend to continue. Every contact with customer service was friendly, helpful and professional. All services are performed on time. Invoices and payments are transparent. I recommend :)

Since I signed a contract with Toyota Leasing Polska, it's just administrative problems. The mail I send is divided into the correct section up to three days. Then a further 3 days are waiting for the answer. To settle one case, it drags on for months. Maybe it's better to call? Only that I want to have matters confirmed in black and white. I received a request for payment despite the invoice being corrected. So now I will write again with the service a few weeks. I give 2 stars only because I quickly and efficiently dealt with leasing in the Toyota showroom. Regarding customer service from Toyota Leasing Polska Sp. z o.o. I would give less than 0 if I could.

Do not compare the Toyota brand with Toyota Leasing - these are two completely different service standards, as if the American company and the second German one.
I already have several Toyota leases behind me, one in the process and probably there will be more. The advantages and disadvantages of leasing and service are the advantages.
The stairs start as you delay with some invoice, Lord tragedy. Once it happened to me and thank you, I prefer not to pay Zusu than to them. I do not know the standards that are in force in Japan, but as soon as you have an invoice here 7 days after the deadline, they are already starting. For those who have seasonal businesses or are not sure that they will pay in a timely manner to avoid Toyota. And the cost of debt collection was something extra 1000 zeta maybe more.
Additionally, high commissions for high costs for all types of consent, such as consent for insurance, change of conditions, consent for early repayment (also about one thousandth of a thousand-of course, of course). The quality of the telephone service itself has definitely improved recently.
Oh, and still out of curiosity, I write that leasing 103% is a great fake. There is no such, or at least not for companies: P

After sales service - bottom. In the Toyota showroom everything is beautifully nice, unfortunately in the case of problems it's a bit weak. In my case, the service of theft of the vehicle is already from 4 m-c and all the time I have no information what compensation I will get! Zero contact with your own initiative, you have to deal with everything yourself. I know that the money has been on the account for 2 weeks, but no one wants to contact you. I do not recommend! The previous lease I had in EFL is a big difference. They do not decorate such practices with the Toyota level company. A revolution is needed

In the 21st century, you have to wait 7 days for an answer given via an e-mail form, which is a bit of a failure. I understand that a lot of customers, but along with that, customer service should be adequately developed. The very system of "disposition" for contracts differs from modern standards:
- no confirmation of placing the order, it should come to the e-mail because it is not known whether it was received or not, if there is any error on the server, etc.
- the lack of any report identifier, then if you would like to, for example, refer to it in a telephone conversation on the hotline, it simply cannot be

I am very grateful to TOYOTA for passing a real friend exam in poverty. Due to some problems I went to Mr. Konrad Kmiecik at Toyota Dobrygowski in Wroc aw. I had to transfer leases (assignments) to other companies because I had to cut costs. Toyota has released me from certain fees to facilitate the transaction. I have already used 4 cars with them through the smart plan and I am sure that this is just the beginning. Thank you very much, Mr. Konrad and decision-makers at Toyota Bank for their extremely flexible and friendly treatment! More than just professionalism. Thank you so much! For next purchases!

For me, the situation is the same as for Micha Chabier. Consent for individual vehicle insurance is a torment. Telephones, emails and nothing. Simply total offensive customer. No negotiations whatsoever, no counterfeit presentation for vehicle insurance. Generally, there are a lot of other leasing companies that you want and care about the customer - I will remember that when I next lease.

My girls could quickly enjoy the driving pleasure of Toyota Corolla. I chose SmartPlan. Financing was recommended to me by a Toyota station employee. Insurance also very ok. Hello.
Until now, I have dealt with several leasing companies.
M.inn. Impuls Leasing, FCA Leasing, Getin Leasing.
All in all it wasn't bad - although some of these companies had some small problems. But how is it in life.
When buying a Toyota car, I decided to lease Toyota Bank. I thought Toyota Leasing would be just as reliable as cars of this brand. I was hoping to get a higher level of service.
The leasing itself was quick and without complaint. Everything was ok until I needed something from them.
1st issue - I asked for permission for individual vehicle insurance - dear to me - I waited for over 1.5 months [in the meantime I made a few phone calls and always heard the same thing that my case is already on the wallpaper]
2nd issue - I asked for the valuation of the vehicle's purchase value - it was already 2 weeks ago - unfortunately I haven't received any response until today - come on the information line I got it that it will last max. 7 days [I do not understand the problem of entering a vehicle or customer file and just send information]

After 14 months of leasing in this company, I know that this is not a higher level of service - because I have not experienced a lower level of service in any of the Lesings listed above.
This is the worst company I have worked with so far.
I just hope that the car will not be as bad and fatal as Toyota Leasing service.

I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Offers from leading competition were apparently similar, and after recalculating the amounts, the monthly installment was honestly calculated at Toyota. Reading negatives I have much different experience and as it happens in Poland it will not please everyone. I have already bought the car, I keep using it.

Unfortunately, the new Toyota auris 2018 has factory defects in the electrical components. The windows mirror the glass everything that is related to the electrician and the Toyota can not deal with it.np Replacing the mirrors with a new one did not give a fault has been.
Glass mechanisms open themselves close when they want and on the site claim that you have to program again. The car has 6 months and new things sit like they were over 10 years old. The question of how the warranty will end is Toyota will be a big piggy bank

At the time of buying the car everything was done efficiently and without problems. Problems began after purchase. Toyota assembling LPG forgot to put this fact in evidence. I couldn't do the technical examination without it. Zero interest in the problem. I need cars and they say that I have to provide them with proof and at that time I can ride on a photocopy of the proof (!!!). I informed them that this is an offense under Article 95 KW - zero reaction. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

After 1 year, the insurance must be extended. Toyota offers the same insurance, in the same scope and the same insurance company, but 1000 to 1500 PLN more than outside the dealer !!!!
It is supposed to be bought privately but ... first you have to kindly ask in writing to give their consent and then pay 240 PLN net for the fact that we want to buy insurance the same but not with them!
I transfer the lease after two years!
They treat customers like idiots and pull money out at every turn.
