I needed a professional yet interactive meeting space to facilitate a day-long stakeholder engagement workshop, which I had never organised before. I was introduced to a mutual contacts who manages Servcorp, and she was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at asking me the right questions to determine what my needs were. This eased the process as a first time facilitator! Servcrop succeeded in fulfilling my needs, this also included refreshments during breaks. My workshop ran smoothly with great outcomes at the end of the day. I definitely recommend their services, thank you!

Sophia Gazi has been extremely helpful with our serviced office requests and Vantage Performance overall are really pleased with the facilities, fast turnaround on meeting room enquiries.
Its difficult to manage the Sydney offices remotely, but Sophia and Servcorp have made it reasy simple.
Sophia is fast on the email's and friendly, with the entire MLC centre team being helpful and going above and beyond. A beautiful building, our clients and staff always find it a pleasure to visit so keep the good work up Servcorp!

The benefits of having a virtual office in one of Mr Alf Moufarrige's unique and prominent buildings is that you have an immediate presence and professional standing in the business community, one that works for you without a hitch. What more could you want in a an office but a great hands on secretary, your phones answered, your letters typed, scanning, printing, your clients voices being recognised and made to feel as important as they are at an amazing price. The hidden costs that you get warned about from others' experience is real. It is made to sound reasonable when you join - but all good faith goes out the window when you're in. Then you get truly 'slugged' with costs when it's time to leave! If excessive hidden costs matter to you - be warned.

The secretarial staff are well trained professionals who carry out my instructions efficiently and expeditiously. I have total confidence in their professionalism. I used Servcorp MLC Centre as a launch pad for my recruitment firm in Sydney. I found the premium address and fit-out helped me create a perception of being more successful than I was at the time. Perception became reality with the support of Office manager Anna Chavez, her receptionist Begonia and Office assistant Jess. The whole Servcorp team became my support team and were always discreet about my business being in a shared space. For any start-up ready to take that next step- I d recommend Servcorp.

YouVu recently set up a Servcorp Office at the MLC Centre, Sydney. From our very first conversation, the office set up, and the facilities offered - our experience has been second to none. The entire Servcorp offering is polished and professional. The MLC offices are impeccable, Sophia Gazi, Alex, Penny and all the MLC Virtual staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. My business partner and I visited Servcorp MLC Cen...

My business partner and I visited Servcorp MLC Centre for one of their free networking events. My first thought when I walked onto the floor was wow! The team were all professionally dressed and welcomed us with warm smiles. We were offered a tour of the facilities and then joined the group of around 50 for a drink, opportunity to exchange business cards and a 15 minute presentation from a speaker talking about creating a personal brand. Although we are not in the market for an office currently, if you are, pay them a visit. When our current lease term is up we will be calling Servcorp.

Pretty good view and surprisingly cheerful staff (company-wide it seems) for Sydney. Lot of barristers etc floating around the building too, which gives it a more serious/high-status vibe for some reason.

Although I was not part of the initial negotiation...

Although I was not part of the initial negotiations when we signed up with ServCorp, all of my dealings with the staff here have been excellent. It is a fantastic location with great amenities and great support staff. All the staff here have been a pleasure to deal with from the smiling receptionists, personal assistant's and senior manager. Alifiya is very approachable and goes above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. We also have an office in the ServCorp located in Melbourne building and have experienced the same great service. I would highly recommend both locations to anyone wanting an office with great views and A class facilities.

I was recently hired as an E.A for a large international brand that has taken their own floor in Sydney for our Australasia offices. Due to concerns about the fit-out not being ready, I enquired at Servcorp MLC Centre to find an interim measure in the event our space was not ready in time. From the start of my enquiry, the manager on-site was helpful, enthusiastic and generous with her time. I visited the site on 3 occasions- as a preliminary visit while scoping other options in the market, again once I d decided they aligned best with our brand in customer service and corporate image and then a third time when the CEO was able to come out to meet with the fit-out contractors in Sydney. Fortunately our fit-out will be ready in time for our team to commence but had it not, Servcorp MLC Centre offered us the perfect location, service and flexibility to fulfil our needs.
