I bought one of these beautiful toy boxes for my Grandaughter's 1st Birthday .
It is absolutely gorgeous , the preview pictures they sent me did not do it justice until i received it in person . Delivery was spot on and also the communication and customer care was too..will definately recomend this company and would buy their lovely toy boxes again .

A toy box was ordered for my son's Christmas present. The box eventually turned up April - we were originally understanding as we were informed there would be a delay in shipping due the floods. However, our patience became thin when the company were informing customers the wait was 4-5 weeks still despite ours taking over 13. Our messages were also having very delayed responses.
When our toy box eventually turned up the last bunting peice was completely put of place. We messaged the company with a picture of the toy box - but this was completely ignored. I am so disappointed, the reviews we had read elsewhere were good but after this experience I would not use this company again and would certainly not recommend them.
