When I worked for one of the transport companies in Ukraine, I often came to this office of the insurance company "PZU" to submit the papers needed to compensate us for damage after truck accidents. Documents are processed quickly, after a while I even prepared everything I needed at my office and brought a full package to the accident managers, so that the submission of documents became even faster. And most importantly, for all insured events, we were compensated for losses in full. If you are looking for an insurance company, I recommend paying attention to "PZU" !!!

I do not advise buying an auto insurance policy in PZU Ukraine! The damage to the service station was estimated at UAH 24,000, PZU reimbursed 5,000. Painting the tailgate with removal, installation and materials was estimated at UAH 701 !!! Plastic they consider is subject to repair! Normochas on official 450 UAH, they consider 230 UAH. The first time I come across this. I will terminate the contract and insure the car in normal insurance.

And monopoly - in the Polish visa center in Kiev guess three times which of the insurers is sitting? Strongly do not recommend. In a child studying abroad, acute cystitis happened. If it weren t for me and my friends doctors, everything would have ended with pyelonephritis (although this is not a fact that this complication will not join). They drove a child, alone, throughout the city, they did not give information or they were given deliberately wrong information. Insurance costs $ 100! It was cheaper for me to buy nothing at all, but to get it there or send it to a private doctor. As a result, I treated by phone, and they joyfully rubbed their hands. They were not allowed to see the doctor. From my experience I say - this is their goal

As it comes to payment, the excuses have become like cheap insurance companies like" call today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. "As soon as I call, every time my case is referred to the law department, and that they are waiting for police help (Form 2). When these promises came to me, I called the Police Department asking them when will send help of my fear computer (ROM) to they told me that the certificate was sent a long time ago, and they said the help number again. The work of the company can be estimated at a very low level.The information in the legal department is not present, although my case is a trifle accident in the amount of 4700 UAH and my fault is not. Before paying through the same internet, the girl checked the correctness of the filling, and also advised on: the cost, the sending of the original form of the insurance policy, the nuances of registration for the visa center. Some 15 minutes and you're done !!!! :) No queues, no filling in the forms on paper standing in an inconvenient corner, no running around the branches of banks with a receipt for payment, no fees for "making payment" by the bank. - a small cramped and stuffy office. I sat for almost three hours, filling out documents with the manager, who simply knew nothing. Impression as if the first day at work. Every minute I ran to find out how to do it. As a result, it turned out that he also stayed in vain (this is a separate story in general);
- the case was delayed for 2 months (!!!);
- found reasons not to return the money in full (with a full CASCO will have to pay another 20 thousand !!!);
- do not advise the best, but just wait for you to fuck yourself without carefully studying the contract;
- they do not inform about the course of the case, do not call back and it is also difficult to call them;
- talk to the client in the upper tone.

In order to find out a simple question, three employees took turns playing football for me, after which half an hour and voila took turns - everything was solved in one minute. And in general, the approach as most of these offices - you're interesting to them until you give your money, and then all according to the clumsy law "on insurance" and regress all deductions wherever there is the slightest opportunity immediately relies on the client, if you do not like court. And our humane court is always on the side of the insured. Therefore I do not recommend this office. In my experience, only "Arsenal Insurance" is worse.

Good insurance when it comes to settlement within Ukraine. Outside, they are delegating their duties to the assistance company calltravel.eu. This is not a client-oriented bunch of bazaar women who mostly give up ignoring your questions, while at the same time you are answered by 5 different people at the same time. I wouldn t take travel insurance here. It s better to take some local company that does not work in the style of the CIS. You still have to pay the full cost of the appointment with the doctor and wait for the refund.

The second insured event - the child injured his leg, frankly lying about the conditions of the hospital in which we were previously, they were looking for cheaper, they said they had to wait until the next day. Maybe they will find something. Well, the case is not urgent, well, the leg (finger) is swollen, it has not fallen off yet.

The contract with PZU (corporate insurance), service through the SOS service, I was generally satisfied.

+ Most of the issues (not urgent) were resolved quickly enough. Even medical examinations, the organization of which was allocated 5 days under the contract, were organized in half a day. Dialers from 1 time.
+ In 98% of cases, friendly and efficient coordinators. That year, I asked for help in finding a rare, highly specialized specialist who was not included in the package. And within a few hours they called me back and offered options on time.
+ Conveniently, the package included an ambulance, specialized doctors, prophylactic examinations, medications, another massage, but I did not use it. You leave from the doctor, and you receive an SMS stating that your medicines are waiting for you in such and such a pharmacy, so that the solution to the health problem is as fast as possible.
+ I asked twice to change doctors, to register with others, even in another clinic - no problem.

- Several times there were controversial questions about coverage, when coordinators could not explain why the procedure / consultation was not covered. But still, more often the decisions were in my favor (say, in 3/5 of the cases).
- There was a very poor quality of communication with the contact center (heard through the word and strong background noise, there was no such problem with other numbers).

In general, I did not regret and do not mind giving 5 stars. Anyone who thinks about it, I advise you to study the list of exceptions in great detail and, if necessary, immediately clarify the nuances. Guys don't bite)

Usually 2-3 specialist, 5-7 people are required to be ready to spend a half day's visit. In general, they pay, but you need to put a little effort, so that the amount of compensation adjusted to all internal ratios at least to a small extent covered the material damage.

At the same time, their client, who bought OSAGO insurance from them, paid me a deductible, which is 1/3 of the amount received from the insurance company.
The question arises: is it worth buying OSAGO in this company, if then you can get a claim for a surcharge from the affected party (in addition to the amount of insurance and deductible) ???

I was driving from the doctor's office, going down Kudri Street. I slowed down near a cafe to miss a couple of pedestrians. And in an instant I heard a roar. My car was just taken on a "zebra". Thank God, nothing happened to me. This is what I feared the most, because at that time I was hoping. The driver who rammed my car did not want to call the police. I insisted on this. In 5 minutes militiamen arrived on a place. They drew up a report, drew a diagram of the accident and advised me to contact the insurance company, whose client is the driver who rammed me. I did so. The PZU insurance expert inspected the damage, assessed it and said to wait for a court decision. As soon as it appears, send it to the insurer's main office for compensation.
But the case dragged on. The decision of the Pechersk district court was made only 9 months after the accident, and I managed to become a mother. The driver who crashed into me was found guilty. As requested by the insurers, I took the court decision to them. They assured me that the money would come to my account in a week or two. But this did not happen even a month later. I contacted the company again. This time they had a radically different answer: You have been denied compensation. The insurance policy of the perpetrator of the accident is not valid, or rather - it is fake. It is not in their interests to understand how the driver forged the insurance. And they are not going to do it. Who will pay the money is my problem. Here is such a story and a company with a dubious reputation. I will never turn to PZU and I do not advise you if you value your time and most importantly - health.
