Debbie communicated with my wife and I continuously throughout the home buying process and went above and beyond by helping us coordinate a septic tank inspection, roof replacement, and painting/ceiling repair before we moved in. She took the majority of her weekend to show us as many houses as we needed until we found our home, which was greatly appreciated because we lived out of state and only had weekends off to come view. She always picked up the phone when we had questions and found the answers within a couple hours if she didn't have the answers immediately. Thank you for all of your help Debbie!

Debbie is AMAZING and made buying our first home a BREEZE! We had a rough start with our home hunt, but as soon as we ran into Debbie, it was smooth sailing! Debbie was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, and understood our needs. She was always a text or phone call away if we had any questions and any time we wanted to view a home, she was always available to do so!

I worked with Judy Capps who was phenomenal. She was responsive and went above and beyond. She helped me work through items with my warranty company and repairs needed which was an incredible help for someone who lived out of town. Judy's expert knowledge not only helped me sell my property above asking price, but also saved me a great deal of money on repairs. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

We just got our first home with Mr. Hartman and we could not be happier with it. I m a military member and he did everything he could and then some to work with us. He was super patient with us, taught us almost everything we currently know about home buying and a whole whole lot about home ownership. This was a great learning opportunity for us and Mr. Hartman was a great teacher. He was available at all times of the day, and at all days of the week, always with a quick response. From the first time we spoke on the phone, I felt like he was on my side and I trusted him completely. Everything there ever needed to be done was completed in a more than timely manner. His referrals for lawyers and lending agents turned out to be totally awesome too, which speaks to his character in cultivating good work relationships. I am absolutely happy with the experience, and I cannot recommend Mr. Hartman enough. Trust that you re in good hands.

Stephanie was awesome! She made the buying process stress free and was very informative and professional. She provides instant feedback to your questions or concerns. 6 years after she helped me buy, she listed my property and sold it within 3 days. Pictures were professionally taken and she gave expert advice through the process. Highly recommend!

Several months before listing my home, I looked online and saw Townsend Realty who has been in business since 1983 - that impressed me. I called immediately and spoke with Debbie Ellis; my lucky day! Deb set up an appointment to meet with me, contract in hand. She reviewed the entire contract with me, answered all my questions. Deb is efficient, effective, knowledgeable of demographics, staging and pricing my home to sell; it sold in 3 weeks. We had non-stop viewing set up digitally; very efficient app on my phone and computer. She introduced me to my own attorney and escrow agent. If I were to return to NC, I would contact her and ask for her valuable assistance.

Sabrina is an outstanding agent who went above and beyond the duties of a normal agent. It was a pleasure working with her from start to finish.

Ron Hartman is an amazing Real Estate agent! I am very thankful for his promptness and the expeditious manner in which he sold my house. He provided excellent advice to get the house ready for the market. And, the photographer and photos he used for the listing were amazing. We had a buyer lined up almost immediately after listing the house. I cannot say enough good things about him :)
