The MedDispense staff is courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, accessing them is now a two-step time consuming process. First you must go through a long multi-question interview with a call center. Then, expect a long delay for a call back. Our hospital recently had a power outage, and the MedDispense was down. After waiting an hour and no return call, I again had to go through the call center....and it still took an additional half hour to get a return call. Argh. Why can t we just leave a message??? These guys are very responsive if you need them. We had higher end cabinets but were always disappointed when we needed support. Touchpoint hits all the high points you want in a vendor. (affordability, support, dependable product)
