Deb set up an appointment to meet with me, contract in hand. She reviewed the entire contract with me, answered all my questions. Deb is efficient, effective, knowledgeable of demographics, staging and pricing my home to sell; it sold in 3 weeks. We had non-stop viewing set up digitally; very efficient app on my phone and computer. She introduced me to my own attorney and escrow agent.
