Sad shell of a building with almost no stores except the hard-core mall tethered stores. I remember coming as a kid because it was cool. Time to stop worrying about Icons like Century 2, and worry about hulking crime traps like this defunct space. Repurpose or demolish.

The mall have a lot of vacant spots now, but there are still some worthwhile businesses located there. The upside to all this is that the building is rarely ever crowded and a lot of times you'll see those one-off or limited time stores open up in these vacant spots. They can be quite the Treasure Trove sometimes and provide for an entertaining change of pace to never pass up a chance to check in on a mall even if it is a little down at the time.

Note that one star of this review might be completely out of nostalgia. At this time, there aren't a lot of stores to shop from. However, the reason why I always visit is to spend time with friends. Since it's the smaller mall between Towne West and Towne East, with less stores (even less now since many have closed down), you'll find that less people visit here. For this reason, there's a lot more room to roam, maybe exercise, and act goofy (civilly). It's also the mall we'd almost always visit since I was a kid. A lot of my positive emotion with this place may come from nostalgia.

There are a decent amount of stores to choose from, a basic selection, not a lot, but a modest selection. Hopefully more businesses will come here in the future after the pandemic.
