Milwaukee Marriott Downtown/White Lodging Management Company Review

Richard was the BEST. Helped us with some issues, and provided excellent service. Very clean and quite rooms. Beautiful lobby.

I have had no issues since I arrived in town. Julia at the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was a normal Marriott room and was clean. There is only public parking garages so I used valet, but I expect that since it is downtown. Most things are within walking distance.

You guys need to update your Google maps location. There is no hotel at 625 N Milwaukee St. Even though someone who answered the phone said that was the address, except they said "Milwaukee Avenue." That's in Chicago, big difference. I am a Lyft driver. And this made for a very confusing ride.

This hotel is currently NOT OPEN despite the fact that Marriott is still accepting reservations. Be warned that you will likely be moved to another hotel.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was on the street side and the window must be like one paned so I could hear the cars driving by, with the music blasting and the room I had was a little dusty, could have used a dusting. But Liz was amazing and gave us so many amazing suggestions to what to for the day I was stuck in Milwaukee due to my flight being canceled. And that s not my hair or anyone that was traveling with me...... I think they just need better house keeping

We had a reservation for a quick stay - arrived at 11pm - needed to leave at 5am. Waited outside for 10 minutes for valet- no one ever showed. Found temp street parking and go to check in - after 5 minutes the clerk says he needs to call IT - give him five minutes. One hour later we gave up. Clerk said his GM was not answering so he could not get a a password. I pleaded with him to keep calling - wake up the GM - he said yes - but wouldn t call. The GM must have the staff scared. Several customer left the property- we left with several others arriving trying to figure out options. No refund yet for this horrible experience. Avoid this place.

I arrived at the Marriott downtown Milwaukee two days before Thanksgiving. It was like I had the whole place to myself. I was treated really nice. The lady at check-in gave me a 20% off coupon for the restaurant, which was great. I had the walleye sandwich the first night and the fried chicken dinner my second night here. That spicy honey sauce that came with the chicken was so good. Kelly the bartender was amazing! Thank you!

Stayed one night and had a lovely experience at this Marriott. The staff member at check-in was an absolute delight; he was professional, yet warm & welcoming. The valets were STELLAR - my husband forgot his tablet in our vehicle and the valet overheard, he offered to retrieve it without any prompting from us. Also, they adjusted my seat for me (I m short) each time they brought the car round before exiting the vehicle. The room was quiet despite being near the elevator, and the bed was a comfortable haven after a long day of brewery hopping. The location is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

First off the staff was over the top, I ve stayed in countless hotels and never have I received such a warm greeting! I believe Janni is her name the guys as well she was a new hire but nevertheless she was very interested in applying her set of skills where needed! In the bar you had Lori as a server just simply amazing at the attention she gave my guest and myself! She helped navigated us to the unknown while greeting us with her welcoming charm .. The scenery was fantastic overlooking the brownstones and partial view of the city.. We where able to enjoy our 4 days without being distributed in a elegant setting!

Decent Marriott hotel in central location of downtown Milwaukee.

Rooms are a good size and clean. Friendly staff from the time you walk in.
Close to some good restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the Public Market.
