I would not recommend hiring this company to manage your property. I have had terrible customer service and the really don't care about the home owner. I'm so disappointed 😞

PIENZA TUSCANY//RIP OFF HOA COMPANY//MAKES UP LATE CHARGES//5 AUTOPAYMENT ACCOUNTS WITH DIFFERENT ACCOUNT NUMBERS//I STILL GET LATE FEES AFTER SETTING UP AUTO PAYMENT?// THEY TRY TO RAISE HOA 20% EVERY YEAR
This inept place manages the HOA for Victory View subdivision in Delhi where I lived for 10 years. They let most residents ignore rules regarding deck approval and outside structures, then selectively enforce them on others. Corrupt!
I really did love my job there but it really sucks to work through these people
Lack of professionalism and work ethics at its finest. Did not probe before hanging up twice.
I wouldn't recommend making business with this company, they need to get more experienced and qualified people towards customer service.
Receptionists are the voice of the company! what a shame of business.
I used to hate Talis Management LLC a lot , now that it is renamed to Towne Properties or whatever, just wanted to say I hate you too for not caring or responding. Keep up the good job !!!
I live in a Towne Property and could not be happier. My community has seasonal events, a great maintenance and management team, and are always easy to get in touch with.
I live in a condo at Hopper Hill Condominiums and our ceiling has been leaking since 02/23/2018. We have contacted Towne Properties several times and they have sent roofers out now on 4 separate occasions. The leak hasn't stopped. It's now 09/08/2018 and the ceiling is leaking severely. Everytime the roofers have came out we've been assured it's been fixed and when the next heavy rain comes we will know for sure. It's so bad now that we had to move our couch that was driped on all last night and our entertainment center. We now have a bucket in our floor and plastic on our walls and carpet for protection. It's been almost 7 months of back and forth with no remedy. To make matters worse we were told Towne Properties are responsible for the roof, which is leaking into our condo but we're responsible for the interior damage which I find odd as it's the roof causing this damage. I expect this to be fixed immediately as there is now the threat of mold which is a health and habitability issue and may require outside parties to get involved. I've been more than patient and understanding but there's no excuse at this point. I have several videos and pictures documenting the damage.
Both me and my wife unemployed , down with covid , emailed and called to delay home owners payment no reply , sent in payment three days late and was charged a late fee during this horrible time 3 days late , NICE
I pay may HOA at Towne Properties. They don't send me a bill so they charge me late fees. This has happened several times. I have always paid my bill when I do receive it. My first bill came in 2014 so I have a good record of paying more than my fees including late fees. Last year instead of a call or email or sending me a reminder I get an attorney letter so now my late fee is $115 for the legal fees plus $32 for a late fee. I am very angry with the lack of morals this company has!! I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. Please post if you have this issue and if you were able to come to an agreement with them.
I love working for Towne! By far the best company I ve ever worked for!
Awful. For an organization supposedly so revered, living in a Towne community is just terrible. If there's a problem, their go to move is to ignore it or blame someone else. Problem gets so bad they can't ignore it anymore? They will side with the loudest voice in the room, no matter the facts of the situation. They put up with racial discrimination because it was easier for them. Like, so bad HOME had to get involved. Just awful. Live ANYWHERE ELSE!
Murry Feldstein Property manager of tuscany was taking pictures aimed in my windows while I was home undressed... I will be talking with the owner and other residents in the community.
If I could give negative stars I would. They can t keep employees so no one ever knows what s going on. Their poor new receptionist at the head office had no idea how to work the phones because it was her second day. No one ever follows up. You d think they d care that there s a leaking hole in my ceiling causing property damage, but it s been a circus even trying to get someone other than the poor maintenance manager to care. Don t give them your money.
Our ability to have the rules enforced is very weak. Our manager is VERY slow to respond. Week later....Still no answer to a very simple question. Not a request that anything be done, just an answer is all I have asked. Pitiful.
Avoid these unscrupulous slumlords. They will lie, cheat and steal. They get away with it because they have money. Run from these people.
They do a decent job of maintaining the developments but they are a pain in the neck to get in touch with
I moved up here recently, and everything has gone smoothly, especially during these difficult times through the covid-19. The leasing manager was ready at the door during my arrival, and gave me a comprehensive tour. I settled into a nice, clean apartment at Gramercy on Garfield with a great view. Great experience so far!
Town Properties does not respond to voicemails or emails regarding my bill, yet they will have attorneys contact me and harass me. Very unprofessional and I would prefer to do business with a more ethical vendor.
Worst customer services, I have experienced; poor maintenance; and lack of privacy. Several employees needs to learn social skills, and boundaries to improve customer services.
TRASH COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They will charge you upwards of $1000 for a spotless apartment upon moving out just so they can take care of the upgrades needed to maintain the building. Not easy to work with in any regard. Especially at the 8th street location in Downtown Cincinnati.
A big patch of cieling fell down from rain.elevators at gramercy garage havent been serviced since 2014 according to service record on elevator. groton lofts maintanence didnt even look liscened to work on elevator (no uniform) elevater broke down had to walk to 7th floor. building has fleas and dog urine all over carpet in halls (smells musty). dryer barely worked (dusty vents) .pappa johns kitchen exhaust system filthy located at 7th street gramercy garage entrance (HAZARD flying debris) super dirty garage had condoms laying around poor property management disgusting
Scam with tow company going .tow for no valid reason video of Chris the maintenance man discriminating acting in a very unprofessional manor. Would not do business at all.
This has to be one of the absolute worst property management companies that I have ever had manage my apartment complex. They have recently transferred management over to a different company and had the audacity to withdraw double rent. Instead of refunding the tenants they chose to make the process more complicated by giving the money to the new property managers. This is because they "didn't want to process individual refunds" Well that's very nice of them considering it isn't their money to begin with. Stay away from properties managed by these crooks.
Hands down the worst customer service of any company I've dealt with in recent memory. I've had two interactions with their employees in regards to my neighborhood; once on the phone, and once in person, and both had the same passive-aggressive, condescending attitude. I would not recommend letting someone who's thin-skinned rent or buy anything managed by this company. God forbid something actually goes wrong, their employees have demonstrated that they'll walk right over someone.
Have called multiple times w serious complaints and am told I will get a call back but it never comes. A few weeks ago my landlord entered my apartment unannounced while I was getting out of the shower. When I confronted her she did not have a valid reason for entering but made up some story about a mixup with keys which made no sense. I am currently in the process of contacting lawyers in order to file suit against this company for breach of contract and sexual harassment. Please do not fall victim to these con artist.
Ps. Also notice all the 5 star ratings on here don t come with a comment. Fake much?
I find them to be very responsive, very knowledgeable
and very helpful with needed direction with difficulty situations.
One of the worst property management companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with.
Incredibly rude, flippant, condescending, and distasteful.
Their representatives are anything but conciliatory and are combative at best.
If this is who manages your HOA, run. Run away and never return.
Their properties are generally 'ok' and the local management are nice people. However be careful about your payments to them; they'll tell you you have until the 5th of the month to pay but if you pay around then they'll charge you a late fee because they didn't cash it until the 6th. I paid online many times on the 5th, given notice that the transaction completed within in minutes, and then was charged late fees.
I resided in four Towne Properties communities over the course of 12 years. Maintenance was superb at each location and the management in each top-notch.
Unresponsive and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.
.Town properties is the worse management that cpa ever had u can move in u will move right back out. As this place is no good to live as they aren't going to get the trouble out of Columbus park apartment. As I had me to kick out my daughter and my grandson out in the freaking cold because we were argueing. My daughter and grandson came from the state Maine I am the only one she got here.and Kelly said if u are under c.m.h.a u are not allow to have anybody stay with them and the rest of these people that I am talking about is under c.m.h.a and their company got people that they can go and live with local. But that is ok as when I move I am going to call c.m.h.a on them plus hq on Kelly as she isn't kicking rest of them people that they got living with them but she did make me kick my daughter and grandson out. And that is not fair to me.
We lived in the Nest in Mt.Adams owned by Towne Properties for 4 years in two separate units and we had no complaints. The staff went above and beyond for us. We were sad to say goodbye to the Nest and only did because of a relocation for work. We would highly recommend The Nest and the Mt. Adams branch of Towne Properties to anyone looking for a good place to live at a reasonable price.
The condo that I rent has flooded twice in my unit. Another time directly outside of my unit. Repairs for all of the damage and maintenance for these events have been minimal or if any at all. They should not run a property management company if they can t manage properties. The risk outweighs the reward.
Hyde Park Place. Terrible and inept management with absolutely outrageous HOA fees that do not cover anything.
1. The "show apartment" looks not even remotely updated as the actual apartments.
2. App fee is ridiculous.
3. Lived here for 7 months and have never been able to use ANY of the "amenities" because they're only open during office hours which are supposed to be 9-5 however no one ever answers the phone so I don't know when they are actually there. Basketball court has 1/2 broken backboards so they are chained up. There IS a clubhouse and tanning bed but if you actually work a real job you'll never see anything but a locked door.
4. Have received a $20 parking ticket for "parking in the wrong direction" on a street that's not even an actual KY state road. Called the officer who wrote the ticket and apparently the office called about tenants "parking violations" however there are NO signs and nothing in the lease regarding this issue.
Go somewhere else!!!!!!
Towne is a great management company. Responds quickly with resolutions if there are any issues.
I am so tired of having to clean up the mess after maintenance crew leaves after an assignment. I don't get paid to clean after them, including their discarded waste after a job!!!
My in-laws basement in their land-o-minimum (managed by Towne Properties) flooded over 7 months ago. Their carpet had to be ripped up and the drywall taken down as a result of the several inches of water that accumulated in the basement multiple times. Trying to get their case manager, Sam, to even return a phone call much less moved forward with the repairs, has been a frustrating exercise in futility. They have been unable to host family holidays and gatherings as a result, since the basement is the only area of their home large enough to accommodate the whole family. In all of the times my father-in-law has left messages for Sam since September, Sam has returned his call only once. My in-laws continue to be put off, without any apparent plan or information about when their repairs will take place. They are continued to be told (only through the president of the HOA, since there s no communication from Sam), that they are waiting on the plumbing company. There are certainly other plumbing companies who would be happy to have this business, but evidently Towne Properties either has not thought of that or doesn t care how this is affecting my in-laws and our whole family. I wish I had been able to give Towne Properties a negative rating, as they don t deserve the one star I gave them.
I have already left Scott three voice mail messages on his phone regarding the water that is overflowing above from my roof with no callback whatsoever. The staff is not interested in dealing with customer issues, they're faster to transfer that person to someone else's voicemail or interrupt them while they are speaking so they don't have to deal with their own customers.
Slow service and poor customer service. When the garage door broke it took them multiple weeks to repair. While broken, the door was left open for all of downtown residents to enter our garage. This resulted in our hallway door being broken into which allows access to our mail room/units. This made my family feel very unsafe. Wouldn't recommend this property management company to anyone who can afford using someone else.
The customer service with this company is unbearable. Since last Thursday I've left around 6 voicemails for different people just trying to get an answer on why my HOA has still not come out of the bank account (auto pay). Nobody will call me back. On top of this, Murry Feldstein has to be one of the worst "managers" I've ever seen in my life. He doesn't manage anything, and usually just deflects everything back at the community. Does anyone at this company do their jobs?!?!?!
Live in lexington at the creeks, and its been a horrible experience so far. The property manager is good but theres nothing she can do when corporate will not spend money to update units. The AC has not worked properly all summer, the appliances are way outdated. Spend a little more money and you shold avoid renting anything that Towne Properties.
