Estes Lines was professional in every way. From their notification to the scheduling of the delivery. The driver was friendly and helpful and my shipment was in perfect shape.
Overall it was good. Tracking said the package arrived Thursday morning, I got a call Friday afternoon to schedule delivery for Monday. Is it normal to take a day to schedule delivery? If I could have gotten info later Thursday or Friday morning, I could have came and picked the pallet up and had it for the weekend. The delivery driver was great to deal with and very helpful. And everything was undamaged and in one piece.

Ordered a grill that was shipped from the manufacturer to my residence. The manufacturer said that I should expect curb side delivery, but they weren t positive I could get door step delivery. Once the grill shipped, I contacted Estes and they walked me through what to expect with the driver. I was given and tracking number and told I would be contacted the day prior. I was indeed contacted and given a time window when to expect delivery. Day of delivery my grill was off loaded curb side, and then they used there pallet jack to bring it to the garage for me. On time. No damage. Courteous driver. Thanks Estes for a great experience!
I had a kayak delivered way out in the country, off the paved road. The dispatcher reached out to me the day prior to my delivery and was extremely helpful and professional. The driver called to confirm the location and had obviously done some map recon. He understood my instructions and was extremely understanding. Had some grills delivered from Georgia and these guys were a day earlier than expected and they delivered it early in the day. Their option of having it delivered without a signature was a perfect option for me.

Horrible experience with service. I had a shipment come that was supposed to be delivered by them with no other option. So after reading NUMEROUS horror stories, I figured it was safer and easier for me to just pick it up from the destination facility. I called at noon to set up a pick up and that all went smoothly except for being told it had to wait until the next day and from either 8-12 or after 4pm(I gottgot early to wait until 4 but saw numerous people doing the same thing I was doing, so I waited for nothing it seems). After my initial call, I received 2 emails saying I now had an appointment for delivery the following day, even tho I called to set up a pick up. So I called customer service and was told that it was scheduled for delivery, not pick up, but I could rea h out to the local center for more info. Local center told me the only thing they see in the system is it will be picked up by me, perfect, that's what I want. I then received at least 3 other emails stating it was going to be delivered and someone had to be home. I had to risk missing the delivery bc I had work and could not take a day off with that short of notice. Terrible communication within their company. And my shipment was quite beat up(ripped cardboard, broken straps) but luckily it was packaged well. Only damage I saw on the actual product was a bent bolt, but I had one on hand to replace it.

I have received two large palletized consumer items professionally delivered at my home via Estes Express Line. Each delivery was free of any damages (boxes strapped to a pallet and in great condition.) The delivery personnel were courteous & professional. Good job Estes!

The delivery truck was a very long semi. It was way too long for the very curvy 3 mile county road to my home. The package had to be delivered in town so I could have my son put it in his pickup to get it to my home. The driver was very helpful once at the place in town, taking it up the driveway and placing it out of the way in the garage. A smaller semi would have been much better.

The delivery guys did an amazing job. They showed up within the delivery window and were very professional. I'd gladly use ESTES again for my delivery needs. I would have preferred a bit more communication, but I understand that there's a lot of volatility currently.
Ok, normally I wouldn t post, but my experience was above expectations and I would highly recommend. I called to pick my package up in lieu of having it delivered. When I arrived the gentleman not only brought me my package (a kayak) but helped us unpack it and load it to my truck. I called immediately to let them know he was amazing and I truly appreciated what he did. Thank you and I had an amazing experience

I ordered a very large package. I had ordered a package of similar size that had been shipped fedex. It arrived beaten and damaged. So I was skeptical to try again.
Luckily I gave Estes a shot. Absolutely stellar ordeal. It arrived ahead of schedule, in perfect shape and kudos to the driver as he not only wheeled it up a 150 driveway, but also camouflaged it to ward off theft. Above and beyond if you ask me. Would definitely use them again.
The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is that the tracking was inaccurate and changed about 5 times in the week that I was waiting for my delivery. Otherwise, everything was smooth.

Every thing went pretty good but the part to schedule when the driver can meet you at your home was not explained well I was trying to find a place for me to schedule the delivery and could not find it 3 days after the day that this item was supposed to deliver I get a text that they would be there from 8:00 to 12:00 the next day and I was able to meet them but it sounded like we were going to set up the best day for both of us and that did not happen
Excellent customer service...unloaded my merchandise from his truck to the location I wanted with his Pallet Jack ...even talked a little about current events. Definitely recommend Estes Express Lines for any deliveries you may have!! Thanks Again for making my day,!! Ram
