Horrible experience with service. I had a shipment come that was supposed to be delivered by them with no other option. So after reading NUMEROUS horror stories, I figured it was safer and easier for me to just pick it up from the destination facility. I called at noon to set up a pick up and that all went smoothly except for being told it had to wait until the next day and from either 8-12 or after 4pm(I gottgot early to wait until 4 but saw numerous people doing the same thing I was doing, so I waited for nothing it seems). After my initial call, I received 2 emails saying I now had an appointment for delivery the following day, even tho I called to set up a pick up. So I called customer service and was told that it was scheduled for delivery, not pick up, but I could rea h out to the local center for more info. Local center told me the only thing they see in the system is it will be picked up by me, perfect, that's what I want. I then received at least 3 other emails stating it was going to be delivered and someone had to be home. I had to risk missing the delivery bc I had work and could not take a day off with that short of notice. Terrible communication within their company. And my shipment was quite beat up(ripped cardboard, broken straps) but luckily it was packaged well. Only damage I saw on the actual product was a bent bolt, but I had one on hand to replace it.
