I had a kayak delivered way out in the country, off the paved road. The dispatcher reached out to me the day prior to my delivery and was extremely helpful and professional. The driver called to confirm the location and had obviously done some map recon. He understood my instructions and was extremely understanding. I appreciate the professionalism and compassion displayed by all that represented Estes. Pat that driver on the back! Thank y all!!!
