Patrick was excellent! He explained all the treatments that he would be applying and most importantly, Patrick was able to locate the exterior holes that mice have been utilizing to access my home for many, many years. Previous companies have not been able to do this and I could not find anyone willing to explore the area under my deck. I am so grateful that Patrick undertook this task with no hesitation and filled the exterior holes. For the first time in many years, I can enter my basement confident that I will not find evidence of mice. Thank you so much Patrick!
