They don't respond to phone calls, emails, or messanger. My neighbour has the same experience with this company and gave me the the name of another company to use. I am wondering why they bothered printing flyers and distributing them in the neighborhood. Customer service is really important when you are running a business because when it's bad, you lose business.

Had a few repairs done after racoon damage and water was pouring into the house. They were very resposive and were there in a few hours and patched the roof. We were impressed by their work and booked in for a completely new roof in April. This was done on time and professionally. Very pleased with their work

I Had a flat roof done by this company this summer and a shingle repair the year before and had an amazing experience. The shingle repair was on a holiday and involved a major leak but regardless there was someone here the same day to fix it. The flat roof is amazing and done to top quality. the team that completed that job was outstanding, friendly and left the place cleaner then what they found it. I will for sure be using for it covered roofing again and will be passing this company onto all my family and friends.

I booked an appointment on Friday for Saturday, they didn't show up or call me back- very disappointed with this company
