They don't respond to phone calls, emails, or mess...

They don't respond to phone calls, emails, or messanger. My neighbour has the same experience with this company and gave me the the name of another company to use. I am wondering why they bothered printing flyers and distributing them in the neighborhood. Customer service is really important when you are running a business because when it's bad, you lose business.
