I have had the occasion to use the services of Total Laser Care twice. After having a problem with my printer a year ago, I called another service company who sent someone out and told me I would be better off buying a new or refurbished printer from them. I have an HP2600N laser printer and am a small business owner.

They fixed it for a very reasonable fee. Then I had a minor problem with it and they came right out and fixed that on the spot at no charge.

I actually had a contract in hand and our office was ready to sign with CEI and Rick with TLC-NC just happen to drop in our office to introduce himself and saved us from getting totally ripped off from CEI with their hidden fees and long contracts, he was patient and very informative about their services and we ended up going with them, this was about 4 years ago and have been very happy with them and wouldn't think about working with anyone else!

TLC is totally appropriate. In a world so lacking of customer service, my experience talking with Rick was UNBELIEVABLE! More helpful than I would have ever expected - actually told me to call him from the store when I was buying a new printer and he would be willing to help me! WHAT?
