One of the nicest libraries I've been to in the Chicago area. HUGE - Great selection of books and media of all types. Lots of quiet study space and even beautiful views of the wooded banks of the Fox River! Right on the Fox River trail as well as close to several parks. Go check it out on a nice day. You won't regret it. Keen eyes can often see great Wildlife like Bald Eagles nesting!
I love this library. All the librarians in the kids section are so friendly. Most of the other librarians and employees are also friendly as well, and they are all very courteous. There are a lot of books to choose from and if they don't have what you are looking for you can usually find it through interlibrary loan.
I love this library, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I can always count on having a nice and quiet place to study when I come here. They have a good system for cleaning during this pandemic. Lastly, I like that the staff strictly enforces the mask policy.
Excellent library on the fox river. Very large and clean. Employees are excellent and offer amazing service.
One of the best libraries in the central USA. The number of programs they offer is mind blowing. If you can not.find what you need at GBPL then you don't really need it
