I actually had a contract in hand and our office was ready to sign with CEI and Rick with TLC-NC just happen to drop in our office to introduce himself and saved us from getting totally ripped off from CEI with their hidden fees and long contracts, he was patient and very informative about their services and we ended up going with them, this was about 4 years ago and have been very happy with them and wouldn't think about working with anyone else!
