I have now used Total Enviro Services on multiple (at least 3-4) occasions for my septic tank over several years.. I have been very satisfied on each occasion. Most recently James and a new worker gave friendly service, and good advice for rejuvenating the drain field..

I have several restaurants in the area and total septic has been servicing them for over 4 years. They do an excellent job from geese trap pumps to complete plumbing repairs. They're fast and very friendly. I highly recommend them for anything plumbing!
I have used the services of Total Enviro for a number of years and have been very pleased with their professionalism and results. Their experienced staff resolved an issue with my septic system where another plumbing company failed and I have used their services ever since. Their field and office staff are professional, punctual and polite. Whether a septic routine cleanout or repair, they do a great job!
This is the second time I ve had them come out. The company got a 5 star from me then and if this experience is a tell tale sign they ll get another five star the next time as well. Amazing company. Marvin came out and did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable and even helped me figure out the problem I was having may have simply been a clogged pipe. He gave some great advice and recommendations for possible drain field fixes later.

My drains were backing up a small tank with a sump pump. I called to schedule a pump out or diagnostic of that tank and pump, but I didn't use them because the receptionist who answered the phone was smart and kind enough to suggest a solution that worked and got it running again. I will be sure to use them in the future.

I have been using Total for years. They are always on time and very professional. I manage multiple rental houses and no matter the time I call they answer and provide the best service. Jackie, James and Jason are beyond amazing and knowledgeable. This is the only company I will ever use.
We used this company many times as a property management company. Always had reasonable service.
One time we requested service due to a leak to the lower level. They sent a plumber to diagnose the issue and Informed us it needed a complete re-pipe, Owner requested we get a second opinion, and it did not require a re-pipe, but a simple drain issue at the bath tub. When we refused to pay the service call fee due to the miss-diagnoses, we were placed on the "do not service" list. We appreciate sometimes mistakes happen, but this is totally unreasonable.

So I schedule an appointment yesterday to do the riser for our septic tank from 3-5 pm charged us and the guy showed up today but, didn't get out of his car and drove away. Later I called Total's Office and their representative told me that , that worker said we had a crack in our septic tank. WHAT?! He didn't even exit his truck, how did he knew that? Our plumbing guy from Total yesterday didn't even said our septic tank has a crack. He checked and their was no crack. I believe your guy that came today, just made an a random excuse of not coming down from his truck or to even bother talking us about the problem. Laziness!

Van came out to our cafe to drain our grease trap. He was very nice and did an amazing job at doing a very smelly job. He was very informative about what was going on and how we can maintain our sewage etc ourselves. He was in and out within an hour, which was greatly appreciated since we closed at the end of the same hour. We will be using this company again and hopefully Van does our service! I had a different septic company come out to try to help with a clog. They couldn't undo it and they told me to call Total Septic. I did and they released the clog immediately with minimal charge. We then decided to pay extra to have our pipes videoed because they are cast iron and septic. Just to make sure no problems. Three days later our system clogs up again. I call the office and spoke to Jackie, Jacqueline? She was INCREDIBLY NICE! I told her about the issue, she sent Alex (amazing!!!) back out and he spent 5 hours not only unclogging the clog, but FOR SURE making sure the drainage field and septic were working correctly (which they were). This is the BEST customer service I have ever had. What an amazing company, HIGHLY suggest this company for all your septic needs AND get the video done JUST in case your pipes are rotting under your house!! FIND OUT NOW!!!! It is a bit expensive, but worth it. Ask for ALEX!!!!!!

We called Total Septic to mark our septic tank and drain field so we could base the installation of our pool and decking based on the location. They came out in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. Not only did they completely outline the tank and the drain field with white paint, but the technician took me out to the area and showed me everything I needed to know to explain to the pool designer. We are now in the process of having our pool and tile installed based on those markings. Thanks Total Septic!!!
I have confidence that this company will help you get the job done and the job done right. I do love the team of people that work at Total, from dispatch, to plumbers to the septic team. I have worked with them a few times and will continue to use them. However they are extremely expensive and have lots of fees - why the 3 stars (Good) - just make sure you get 3 or 4 bids and shop around. Also work that is quoted for a new septic system and drainfield - may not include hooking up to the main-line, that is plumbing and is extra. They charged me $450 for a 12" and 6" riser and cover over my existing system. $250 to pump (which is decent I hear) I was charged $500 to remove my toilet and snake the main-line with a camera and sensor to find the existing tank which could have easily done with a soil probe - but the tank was quite deep so most likely a reason it was not easily found until after the sensor found it. They charged me $140 for excessive solids and $75 for digging deep. I also threw the guys some extra cash so they could jet my mainline, that would have been another fee. When looking for a new system, they quoted me almost 10K for 1050 poly tank and 670 sqft of drainfield and 2 loads of dirt. I was able to get a 1500 poly, 870 sqft drainfield AND an infiltrator system with Alarm and hooked up to my mainline for under $9K. Don't forget to include costs for repairing / rerouting your sprinklers and sod replacement too!

Van was our tech who came out today, was on time for the scheduled appt time. Van is very knowledgeable and helpful. He cleaned out the 4 main grease traps from the restaurant. Everything was completed and he cleaned up the area when he finished.

Very bad experience with Angela, she is a crook the company charged $300 and she asked for $400.She put $300 in the receipt when I called to ask why Angela Charge $400 instead $300 she said I gave her $300. Angela,you are a very dishonest person.I hope one day you confess with what you did, God is watching you.As I told you guys I called the company again the manager told me that I have no proof, when I asked to talk to Angela, they told me she called sick . I warned you to be very careful with those people and Angela you know what you did is wrong. The other guy who was with you know I gave $400, and my God is my witness. My advice to you, do not spend the money on your family. Give it to the needy people or to the church, if not you will regret it and Jesus needs you to be a better person. I know my conscience is clear and I can t justify it because I gave her cash but she knows she robbed me . I don t know how many times she did that to other innocent people,who work hard for their money. As a Christian, why should I lie to someone that I don t even know? Everything happens for a reason. Maybe God needs her to change what she is doing.

Company offers bribes for removal of negative feedback! Owner refuses to talk to customers. Company will not change prices for shoddy service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
(Former) GM Jeff is a liar and cares nothing for his customers once he has their deposits. Had a new drain field put into my front yard. I was told that the day after the permit was pulled, they would start, the day later, it would be inspected and filled in. Permits were pulled on Thursday. They didn't start work until Monday. Workers, who were supposed to be at my house "first thing in the morning" started on Monday at 10:45 AM and left at 4:00 PM; he claimed they "ran out of daylight" to finish in one day. As a result, inspection was pushed from Tuesday at 10:00 AM to Wednesday at 2:00, and no one cared to tell us about it. Backfilling went from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday. Meanwhile, the workers have complained about working conditions, including not being paid differential on the 4th of July when they had to come out and install risers. Master plumber, Barry says, "We aren't the cheapest. We aren't the most expensive. But we are the best." Avoid at all costs.
Follow up: The septic didn't pass the first inspection and two members of the team, including the master contractor of the company said they knew the job wouldn't pass inspection the first time. The system passed on Friday. Requested to speak to owner James Lapin. He refuses. Company threatened to take legal action immediately upon completion of job.
In response to owner response: The only discount that was offered was $100 for removal of negative feedback. Management claims "discounts" for not hauling in and out extra loads of dirt, charges that weren't in my initial contract and I never would have agreed to pay anyway.

Total Enviro services is a ripoff. On November 14th, 2018 we paid them nearly $6000 to replace our drain field because our bathrooms was clogging up. When we called Phillip Alexander, from Total, he said we had to replace the drain field. He said that there was nothing wrong with the septic tank. We agreed to replace the drain field. To make a long story short, in the span two months, our bathrooms has clogged up 3 times after spending all that money. When we call Total Enviro services to report the problem, they now tell us not only does Phillip Alexander not work with them anymore, the septic tank needs to be replaced and we have to pay them another $3000 so they can fix the problem. According to them they don't work for free.

We started with a septic tank pump and then began a drain field rejuvenation only to discover our drain field pipes were clogged from many decades of tree roots growing through the pipes. No wonder we have had years of septic tank issues. Total Septic credited us for both expenses and put those charges towards our new drain field. Total Septic from the office staff, to Barry, the Field Manager, and the men who came to sweat and dig in the hot sun were all polite, professional, yet easy going and helpful. I would totally recommend Total Septic for all your septic/drain field issues. We will use them as we pump our septic tank every few years!

They were prompt, courteous and seemed to do the job right. But when the inspection failed they didn t come back, and then they refused to complete the job they said they would do. I m out a ton of money and my job is not complete. They were asked to do the right thing and finish and have refused. Please pick a different company or get every little thing in writing and make sure to watch all work done.

We would like to thank Total Enviro for their amazing response! We lost a family ring down our toilet, and 30 minutes after we called they were at the house already working! Thanks to them our horrible experience was made much easier, and the ring was found!

My neighbor recommended this company to clean out my septic tank. James came out and completed the service. He was very informative and professional. The lid for the tank was in my plant beds. James was able to complete the job without issues even though part of my sprinkler system was over the tank lid. He replaced all the dirt and decorative rocks, leaving the plant bed in the same condition he found it in. Very impressed! I will be using this company again in 3 to 5 years! I had an appointment scheduled for 11am to 1 pm on their Friday schedule. At 1:15 I called their office to ask why I had not heard from them. I was told they were just going to call me and they had an emergency causing them to run a little late. I ask how much later since they were already outside of their window. I was told 3 to 5 pm was the earliest they could get here. Four hour late is not a little late on my clock so I cancelled the appointment.

I received a response about my review. I need to point out that I had a 2 hour window(11 am to 1 pm) and never heard anything from them about an emergency. I called the office 20 minutes after the 2 hour wait. If they were aware of an emergency I should have been called before 1:20.. The response also stated a discount was offered which is a false statement. I was told I had to wait another 3 hours and nothing more.
We needed a septic tank inspection done for the purchase of our new home in Maitland. It turned out to be a trickier job than expected and we had a tight timeline because of due diligence. Ken and Kyle and Rick at Total Septic were incredibly helpful and professional under difficult circumstances, and we are so appreciative. We will definitely be using them in the future.

As someone who had never had to deal with a septic tank issue in the past, I was nervous going into the process as far as costs and service speeds would go. Enviro Services made the process so simple and stress-free! Jeff, the manager, was extremely professional and took the time to explain the whole process to me and made sure all my questions were answered. The issue was resolved quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again if ever necessary!

We contracted Total Enviro to come pump our septic today and we could not be more pleased. James called when he was 20 minutes out just as they said he would. Upon arrival James asked me what was going on with the system. I advised him that we periodically have gurgling in one of our toilets during heavy usage, but no backups or slow drains. After pumping, James took the time to look over the entire system. He advised me that the drain field was saturated and even took some video to show me what he was talking about. He then checked to see if there was a filter before the drain field that may be clogged, as that can sometimes cause a problem. No filter on our system. He took even more time and pumped out the extra water that was coming back into the tank from the drain field. He also double checked to make sure that our drain pipe wasn't clogged. James's recommendation was to take a wait and see approach. Now that the tank was completely empty he suggested adding some enzymes and letting the drain field dry out and that maybe the enzymes would kick start the system to see if we could get some more life out of it. No high pressure drain field replacement speech, which was refreshing. Thank you James and Total Enviro!!
We had our drains clogged at the restaurant and Van was such a great help, professional, and one of the hardest working individuals I have met! He pumped our grease traps and provided information on how it all works! We also had to get a new pump and had Steve, Charlie, and Van come to install and they did a outstanding job in less than 3 hours job was done! Great team thank you!!

It is very hard to find someone who will be very truthful with you, straightforward, kind, and honest when dealing with a lot of these plumbing services. I want to humbly think TOTAL SEPTIC plumbing services for running such a legitimate, outstanding, and honest company. Marvin is extremely knowledgeable in this field; he literally carries the Bible when it comes to septic systems in head, and this representative is quite capable of answering a plethora questions when it comes to drain fields and Septic Tank operations and the upkeep of them. This representative was meticulous in explaining how to properly maintain my septic system. He also took the time to explain the importance of using the proper chemicals so that my system would function to it's fullest capacity. My knowledge of how a septic system works has now been enhance thanks to Mr. Marvin; furthermore, This enlightenment will ensure that my repair cost down the road will remain low. We have an older home built in 1988 that we purchased back in 2012 utilizing a septic tank and drainage field. All of our neighbors over the past couple years, one by one, have had to re-do their drainage fields. We had hoped that was not going to happen to us but yesterday it did! We experienced a backup in all out toilets and sinks. Our drainage field had finally said it's time to retire. Being in a bit of a panic we researched the internet and based on reviews took a chance with Total Enviro Services. They were able to show up that very day, thank goodness! From what I understand that is not always possible in their industry. Pat, the service technician, was just plain awesome. While he worked, we watched. He explained everything he was doing. He explained how the septic tank and the drainage field works and quickly got our toilets and sinks working again by cleaning out the tank. This at least bought us a couple weeks to get ready for the next steps. Our next step with Total Enviro Services is have our drainage field replaced. Not fun, not cheap, but it's very clear to us now what it does, and why it needs to be replaced. I'll update this post once that happens.
