Mr Van is the man! I am one of the owners of Sugar Rush Marshmallows and he takes incredible care of our grease interceptor and all the pipes related to it.
He is always there early (which is great for us!) and goes the extra mile to make sure that our grease trap is cleaned out, put back together perfectly (we have a bit of a tricky system) he cleans out the pipes to make sure they're all working right and cleans everything up behind him. Also, he is a super friendly and energetic guy, and extremely professional! I know this isn't an awesome job, cleaning out a grease trap, but we are so grateful to have him taking care of ours for us and keeping us running smoothly. It means a lot, thank you Mr Van!
