I have delt with this company over the years and have had good luck, professional and upstanding.
While planning our business relocation, Brent and Troy were most helpful. They laid out several options that allowed me to make an informed decision. This allowed me to leave behind the worries I had to make a seamless move of our communication systems to our new location. I enjoy working with business people who understand that a business issue is not just a matter of selling new equipment and services - but rather to enable potential opportunities for their clients.
I dealt with this company for my employer to set up a transfer of business services to Shaw. We moved the internet, 2-line hunt phone line, dedicated fax, as well as a port of a 1-800 #. Our internet was immediately much faster than the previous competitor. The only criticism I want to share is that there was a lack of information sent to us regarding how to use the new services with the new provider i.e. voicemail access was not set up and a router needed to be purchased to get WiFi. All in all, we would recommend Total Communication Services because of the attractive rates and the professionalism of the sales team. Special thanks to Christine and her persistence to follow up :)
Total Communications has been our telephone and connectivity provider for over 5 years and have provided excellent service and support.
