I dealt with this company for my employer to set up a transfer of business services to Shaw. We moved the internet, 2-line hunt phone line, dedicated fax, as well as a port of a 1-800 #. Our internet was immediately much faster than the previous competitor. The only criticism I want to share is that there was a lack of information sent to us regarding how to use the new services with the new provider i.e. voicemail access was not set up and a router needed to be purchased to get WiFi. All in all, we would recommend Total Communication Services because of the attractive rates and the professionalism of the sales team. Special thanks to Christine and her persistence to follow up :)
