Saw the bat out of hell musical here, loved the show! The venues great, has a couple bars to get drinks from but could had a bit of a line as you can imagine, not a ridiculous wait though. Great time!

Made it in late, but they were very professional and accommodating. In terms of getting in and out, things flowed smoothly given the volume of people--they're obviously used to it. Was able to find a parking spot across the street. The theatres is beautiful inside.

Theatre is nice. Staff is always respectful and accomodating. I was with somebody with accessability requirements and the staff all informed us of the best route to take to get to our seats and often offered to assist.
A beautiful theater, unfortunately the seats are looking a bit worn and I'm 6'3" and the seats are made for those on the shorter side. Unless I missed it, I didn't see a sign outside or on my receipt that said that you have to pick up the tickets at the back entrance, not the Yonge side.
Great place but the common area and washrooms seem inadequate for the volume of people.

As good as any production I've seen including West end and Broadway....spellbinding.
Most comfortable seats in the Mirvish franchise. Can't describe how little room there is in the lobbies, the bathrooms, the aisles in intermission. Like riding the TTC in rush hour.
Love the auditorium. Some rows have better leg room than others. Also the lack of washrooms and room in the lobby can cause issue to one's experience.
Very excellent show. Although you already know the story, you can not take your eyes off them.
Theatre is fine, but the show was terrible. Don't see Bat Out of Hell. Silly, disjointed story, unsympathetic characters, and the music was way too loud. Words were indistinguishable. Run, don't walk, away from this one.

A great experience in a beautiful theatre. Have seen several plays here from different seats and have not found a bad spot in the house. The architectural design and upkeep of this vintage theatre is outstanding and truly unique. Highly recommended.
Large and friendly staff. You can food and drink bought from the lobby in with you. Coat check a little pricy but worth it if you don't want to sit on the coat. Excellent show.

Lovely theatre. Crazy crowd at intermission. Go to the bar at the front doors. Much quicker.

This is a must at some point in your life. The building is a Toronto show piece the Mirvish family have kept this old time a complete classic and continue to keep it beautiful with constant updates and maintenance. Please support your local theater and the arts.

Had a fantastic experience at "Bat out of hell" but the seating is so old that you cannot see over the people in the row in front of you. Time for an up grade with the seats, I feel!
Seen a lot of great shows, still very well upkept, bathroom lines can be a bit long as the theatre and shows have outgrown the facility size.
Show was excellent but seating was bad,tall people in front of us obscured our vision, will not return to this particular theater

What a beautiful theater. The whole night was wonderful. We watched Hamilton and that was a dream come true. The theatre is one I would love to visit again.
I've been a patron of this theatre since I was a boy, and it's always been a place of theatrical magic to me. Always an excellent evening, and a night to remember with each and every visit.
This is a Beautiful theater! It s a bit small so even the furthest seats are not too bad. Conveniently located near eaton place. Would recommend taking in a show and checking this place out.
A beautiful venue and the performances are always fabulous. We most recently saw Wicked and it was very enjoyable. The only problem is that the theatre allows people to enter late which is disruptive. The ushers should close the doors and not allow latecomers to enter. Many other theatres have this policy and it is much more considerate to the other attendees.
They really bring in the best shows and the staff are amazing.
Love it but man, the line for the women's washroom at intermission is crazy. Make it more obvious that there are bathrooms beside the stage.
The chairs are not on a steep enough incline that if you're shorter like me (5'3") and a tall person sites in front of you, you won't be able to see the stage. In addition, there was very little leg room so when people go in and out of your row you have to stand up to give them space.
A masked phantom, although mildly over-dramatic, wooed me into his underground lair. A bit musty down there, but would recommend.
Terrific place. I saw The Book of Mormon and absolutely loved it. Both the show and the venue were incomparable. A bit pricey, but that's the price of high culture with a lot of bawdy humour.
Beautiful theatre. I went here to watch the Percy Jacksom musical and I loved it. Also the staff look veru professional and so does the inside of the building.
Great venue, great acoustics, did wonderful work with staging travelling shows.
I went to see school of rock and was my first musical ever! The experience was amazing and the theater was a blast from the past which amazed me with the intricate details!
Tickets here are generally cheap, and the shows range from funny to awesome to laughably weird. Definitely an experience I would recommend if you have the afternoon.
Royal ambience, acoustics are excellent. Just a little disappointed with the upper level, front seats. Have to lean forward to see the entire stage.
