It is a great company and a busy one. My dad owns the company and travels to really far places. He also has many giant trucks.

This job has been incredible so far. The benefits are extremely generous, the pay for the basic production technician position is wonderful, and they try to be pretty flexible with their employees so that everyone is comfortable. No job is prefect, this job does have its flaws, though there are few and they are miniscule. Anyone that says this is too hard is exaggerating or lazy. The two main things that get people fired or in trouble are unsafe behavior and tardiness/attendance.

Poor work conditions, terribly mean management, and always sick because of the type of work hours & chemicals.

Whoever the HR lady is that does the recruiting or interview scheduling for security is super unprofessional. She scheduled like 4 phone calls with me and never called and always had an excuse saying her schedule keeps piling up unexpectedly. Lol I thought that was puzzling

they dont give chances to people with low income jobs, they consider military over anyone first .
