Sirena and her team did a great job cleaning our house to get it ready for our renters/tenants to move in after we moved out. She was very thorough during the preparation of the cleaning services and we walked through the house together on the date of cleaning to make sure all expectations were clear. I would definitely recommend her and her team at Touch of Class to others in the future!

I have been looking for a professional company that would custom fit their cleaning services to my scheduling needs and budget. Sirena and her team at Touch of Class came highly recommended by the property manager at Reid Case Group. Not only were their services conducted in a timely manner, my apartment was given the white glove cleaning treatment and their quote was reasonable enough for me to sign a contract.

The cleaning was absolutely spectacular. A very difficult space and they hit it out of the park! I was a little put off by the fact that the woman came to my door eating a cheeseburger... butt where you at against the fabulous cleaning job and she can eat lunch on my porch anytime.

The staff at Touch of Class is friendly, courteous, thoughtful, and pay attention to every detail. As a property manager, I appreciate their excellent communication skills and professionalism. They make my life so easy! 5/5 recommend their services!

This company was recommended by Upper-end Properties my landlord at the time. I was told that the fee depends on how long it takes them. he house was vacant at the time. I was thinking a quick once over shouldn't take to long. Well I get a bill for $365 and was told that it took two women 5 hours. Not only do I find that has d to believe when I saw the job they did I find it impossible to believe. Not only did the place not sparkle or shine it wasn't even that clean. They seemed to miss a lot like the microwave, light switches and even dirt on some of the white doors thru out the house.
There are many cleaning services in town this is not one that I would recommend or hire again. In my experience they over charge and under preform!!

I was in a rush to get 2 rental units cleaned and ready to lease. Sirena came out the next day, gave me an estimate and had them both cleaned and ready to go that day! Definitely will use them again and highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs!

Estimate was high but they came recommended. My realtor came in after the cleaning was done to find the floors not cleaned. After multiple attempts, no one will return calls about floors or address the issue. Very disappointing.

Called Touch of Class for a home detail. The owner personally came out along with her team to perform the work and ensured the house was spotless. The owner was very professional and made sure that all of our needs were addressed. The cleaning was thorough; every room in the house received a fair amount of cleaning with attention to detail on problem areas (i.e. floors, baseboards and registers.) We were very happy with the service and will recommend Touch of Class to our friends.

Touch of Class has ALWAYS done a phenomenal job for us at Clayton on the Park. Whether it is an apartment make-ready or a building deep clean, we can always count on Touch of Class to be professional, thorough, timely and efficient. Sirena truly runs a top-notch company.

Most worrisome was the damage caused: staff stood on counters so the counter separated and pulled away from the wall, deep scratch in stainless steel refrigerator, deep scratch in custom mirror, and forced oven racks back in the wrong way (warping them to the point of not fitting correctly). When they looked at the damage, they claimed their materials could not cause scratches, the counters must have been installed incorrectly and that they use stools / do not stand on counters (I saw staff on my counter). No remedy was provided. Further, they were not able to clean even half of what was requested. They were hired for a deep clean and the half of the house they actually got to was not much different when they left than when they started (except they did clean a very dirty oven).

Please let me apologize for being so late with this response. The cleaning is exactly what I am looking for and I like the products they use very much. I think their charges are a little high.
