Everyone at Tops is a delight to work with. They have worked extremely hard to get Tops ONE up to par. Every software has kinks and things you believe can be better. Their development team looks at every enhancement request and will implement it with enough desire. It s come a long way in the past year. You will receive your own Customer Success contact so you have someone looking out for every request and support ticket you put in making sure you receive adequate response.
I would like to thank Teri Perez, Andrea Meyer, Ryan Allen and Alex Patterson for diligently helping us work through our issues this past month. This TOPS ONE team truly cares about their clients and making it a better experience for us. I know that TOPS ONE is still in the developing stages but they have amazing Tech support that works hard to resolve issues. There are sooooo many great features in TOPS ONE and being able to access 24/7 on the web is awesome. Thank you to the team for turning my experience totally around.
Do not use this software company! They hold your data hostage! 3-4 years ago we were going to upgrade from Tops IQ to Tops One. They charged us an upgrade fee, etc. When we learned we couldn't use the software since it wasn't "ready" they gave us credit to use when the software would be ready to use. This spring they promised us it could do all the functions that were necessary to run our business. We went from paying $915/month to over $3,000/month. For a small company like ours, this is not cost effective. However, since many of our clients need certain features of the upgrade we decided to do it. During our initial implementation training sessions, we learned that this software was STILL unable to do the processes needed as well as not transferring over all of the data! We tried had conference calls with their management team saying this is not going to work and we would like to go back to using the Tops IQ until all of the features they promised us would work. We have been trying to reach them since August 3rd and no one will return calls or emails. Since they automatically charge our credit card every month, we decided to dispute the charges for the difference since we are unable to use Tops One. Well, they turned off all access for my employees last Friday! We were unable to gain access until we paid the difference! This is highway robbery! And to boot, another company is getting charged a lot less than we are! Needless to say, we will need to file a lawsuit against Tops immediately. We have been with Tops for over 14 years and this is how they treat loyal customers?!

In a previous job, I used TOPS Pro for years and absolutely loved the program and how flexible it was to work with. I've been through many programs through the decades, and TOPS was long my favorite. When my business partner and I began our own property management company, we were delighted to learn about their web based program, TOPS ONE.
Being web based has allowed us access to records during board meetings, to easily work when we're traveling, and for our boards and owners to have their own access to their accounts. The freedom this provides is absolutely wonderful, and we're so thrilled we've gone with this.
Over the last year+, I've had a lot of opportunity to work with their staff and have been so satisfied with how they reply quickly to my every need. Their team is a delight to work with.
The function of uploading my lockbox files from the bank to TOPS ONE makes my life significantly easier. The violations program is a powerful tool. The reporting functions are quick and easy and provide me and our boards up to the minute information as needed.

I was the President of a Homeowners Association. Our staff loved working with TOPS One. It was easy to navigate and we could pull up homeowner's information on the spot whenever a homeowner called us with any questions.
The team at Tops was also superb. They are professional, deal with any issues quickly and professionally. And they always follow up.
I highly recommend any Homeowner's Association to at least look into using their platform. It made the Board's job much easier to service our community.
I recieve phishing emails from them all the time. The only association I have with them is an application for employment years ago. Their infrastructure has been breached and all of their client and employee data has possibly been compromised.
Because I am not a customer, they don't seem interested in ensuring the security of my personal information.
