I am retiring after 10 years of employment.

It has been a highlight of my long career. I only wish it started 30 years sooner. I feel very honored to have had the opportunity to be associated with Tonti. It is reputable, operates with integrity, has strong core values, incredible teams, exceptional leaders, and the Ownership values the employees and maintains the assets. It is quite a privilege to have been a member of this company.

During COVID-19 the leadership continues to be proactive in establishing policies, procedures and implementation of health/safety measures for not only the employees but for our residential operations.

I will sorely miss my associates, team members, Directors, and Supervisor. Too many names to name. It is just a great and solid organization.

Tonti Properties owns the complex my husband and I...

Tonti Properties owns the complex my husband and I rent from. They continually demand more money without offering anything in return. The appliances are outdated. The interior has not been updated once in the five years we ve lived here. There are numerous decisions that are made that impact our living situation without a thought that we reside here. There is no security and constant break-ins. They left us high and dry during the ice storm with no place to live.

I highly recommend avoiding renting from them as they only care about what s in their pocket. They genuinely are not concerned about you having a home.

I have been in a number of Tonti Properties over the years and have been impressed with the properties, services and staff. The properties are well maintained and staff are exceptionally attentive and care about the residents. I highly recommend these properties. If I ever have to relocate to an apartment, I will for sure choose a Tonti Property.

I m going to get the point and list why. Then some positive.

1. No power for for 6 days at a complex that has more than enough money for generators, remember we re talking luxury here is ridiculous. What makes it even more ridiculous is no prorated rent.
2. Trash valet?! You re really going to make me pay for mandatory trash valet because people are lazy. Then on top that it puts extra workload on the staff to try and keep the hallways clean.
3. You charge me mandatory trash fees but TWO cars in the garage for a TWO bedroom apartment costs another 50.00
4. Even if I can park in the garage it will get broken into! Twice actually.
5. Armored robberies also happen there, keep your 50
6.You don t reinvest. I ve been here for 5+ years not once have I seen improvements to the dwellings. Updates amenities? Not here. Or maybe just maybe you out freaking cameras in your garage s!
7. Finally, you treat it as a business not people s home. The reason your IN business is to provide homes. Treat them as HOMES. Don t make sweeping decisions without talking to your community. Case and point I m on the 1st floor of a busy street. The biggest value add I have is the vines that cover my patio. My wife and I even put in effort to cultivate. But hey you randomly decide let s cut it down! Without consulting your customer.

I have had the pleasure of working for Tonti Properties for over 13 years now. I ve worked at many of their different properties and even relocated to Florida for a few years and worked at our community in Tampa. I ve been with them through a property take over, a few communities that have sold and was part of a new construction lease up. It s been a wonderful experience and I ve been very lucky to work with some really great people.

I live in one of their newest properties. Trinity Union in Euless, TX. I am very happy with the office staff especially Gloria she has been my rock when it comes to any issue ( which there really hasn't been anything significant) but she is a joy to see and always smiling and cares for our needs. I lived here since they placed the 1st brick in the construction phase and wow Tonti has built a great community.

I have been working for Tonti Properties for just over a year now and it is a really good company! Staff members are welcoming and helpful. It's a great work environment where I feel comfortable voicing my ideas!

I have lived in one of their properties for over 2 years and have never called with one single problem, not even a maintenance issue. The FIRST and ONE time I need them to resolve an issue, can t get a call back or an email back. I ve left multiple messages and emails as well as my boyfriend and not a single response. So unprofessional, skip out on these properties folks and find a place that cares about their tenants. They are also trying to charge me over $700 extra to move out whenever they left a letter on my door when I was out of town for an entire month. No call, no email, no nothing to let me know there was a notice that I needed to turn in that was time sensitive. Sorry I didn t okay my travel plans with you guys. Get the heck out of here with that. How about making this right and saving some face here tonti properties!? -Madison Griffin
