I walked into Top Quality insulation on a Tuesday morning and was very impressed with the show room and that the owner (Bob) was on site and approachable. The project was a Small 1,000 sq/ft new construction cottage. Bob sent his estimator Derek out within 2-3 hours of me leaving the showroom. I was provided a itemized and professional quote and all my questions were addressed proactively. Derek worked with me to get the job on the production schedule in a timely fashion that fit my project timeline which was less than a week. The installer was early, on time, professional, courteous and did a great job. Derek also checked in prior to and after the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend Top Quality, Bob and Derek!
I was having a very senior moment, I couldn t get my gas stove to work, so I called Top Quality fireplace repair in Valley Springs. The owner came over, looked things over, and saw my senior moment right away! I had put the batteries in the control wrong. ( so embarrassing). He was ( is) the best! I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and if there comes a time when I m not so embarrassed and I have a real problem.. I will call them back! This company is great. After the initial call to get a quote, (Which was very fair priced) we decided to go with Top Quality. They sent two young men out the next morning first thing to get the job done. Carson and Justin, who did an excellent job, were very polite and professional. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. 2 years ago they installed a wood burning stove into a home I was building. It took them 3 trips to my house to get it right. They kept installing the stove pipe at an angle. They were extremely rude the whole time making me feel like it was my fault. Now, 2 years later the stove pipe is leaning sideways and ripping up my roof shingles. I called them and well.....they are still super rude. They won't fix it and now won't call me back. What a great company!
Well tried to give them business to install a pellet stove my wife purchased thru Amazon and the guy was an ass from the start and very rude condescending carma will bite them I do not recommend anyone do business there.

I thought it had died after so much use but the owner assured me that he and his tech Ryan would have it fixed on no time. Extremely Happy! We initially contacted TGI for a new wood fireplace insert. They helped us through all of the steps as we needed to remove the existing one and replace the rock front and hearth. As you can see the finished product is beautiful. Highly recommend! Bob (owner) and Cody did fireplace install for mine. They kept the area clear and clean and were able to get the fireplace installed within the day once the rock work was done. Having young children it's incredibly important who I invite into my home. I would be happy to do business again! Which I will because I need a new garage door! Thank you both!!
