I thought I smelled gas from my gas fireplace last winter so I shut it do. I called and Shelley was able to have 2 technicians, John and Shelby, come out the very next day! They were professional and friendly. They found no gas leaks, made an adjustment and tested the fireplace. I'm back in business! Thank you Top Quality Insulation and Fireplaces!l Michael
