Service good. Meal good except for a huge serve of lettuce which I dislike at the best of times. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Greeted by lovely lady, business owner I presume. Chef whipped up a great feed and had valentines day choccy served as a nice little treat. Would definitely return. Nice staff too.

quite a cute cafe in Walpole, but the food was not really outstanding in terms of flavour or value. i'd say good but not great.

Loved it here. Someone has taken a lot of care, time and love with the decor. Take time to have a good look snd there a surprises to see hidden everywhere. Great job. food was really nice. Highly recommend.

Nice restaurant in 'remote' Walpole. Had fresh local fish of the day, Wobbygong ((shark). Not for you if you want quick bites or want low prices.

Great chowder, quiet and easy to find. Good service.

A nice quirky cafe. Had a burger, which was simple but fresh and handmade and good. Coffee is ok. The new age background music set my teeth on edge.

Prawn & avocado salad and fresh local marron for lunch. Local fish of the day and top deck burger for dinner. Everything was super fresh, well-presented and delicious. Very friendly service. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice place with good atmosphere but need to improve on their coffee. Watery espresso and burned flat white.

The food was very good, the surroundings neat, clean and nicely decorated, but what stood out was the gentleman on duty who was looking after all the guests, ( and the place was nearly full) being host, doing the waiting and the cooking! He was a true trooper, and made it an enjoyable experience.

Service was great Steak Burger was absolutely delicious. Red Chicken Curry was very tasty.

A few years back I went and ordered a kids pizza... it was a single McKains pizza single that was hardly cooked for $20. Never going back

Always surprises me when cafes manage to have poor service, terrible food and terrible coffee. The lady working was rude and refused to add extra egg without ordering an entire extra meal and the food took 55 minutes to make. Once it arrived the microwaved eggs were still slightly raw.
Do yourselves a favour and skip it. P

Nice place but the meal we had was disappointing (shark and garlic prawns). Overpriced for quality of food.

On our travels, stopped for morning coffee and drinks. A good stopping place.

TOP cafe would recommend sitting up above on the balcony in the beautiful sun trap. Delicious cappuccino with a homemade touch so foamy and tasty. Could have had another! Really enjoyed the calming tranquil music that was played whilst sitting in the sunshine drinking my coffee. Atmosphere, decor and service outstanding. Made me feel fantastic.

Excellent food; local fish; great service from the one-man band staff (off-season).

The food is a bit expensive for what you get and isn't that fancy or complex. However, the ingredients are fresh and the service is fast, even on Easter, which is probably one of their busiest times of the year!

The food is great especially their poach salmon n melt in ur mouth maron. Unfortunately, the inside of the cafe has an overwhelming smell of oil good thing they have outdour table n chairs!

Very good food, fast service and the waitress liked metalica so thats a bonus

The lady obviously wished we hadn't entered her cafe....the most sour looking person i have encountered on this trip. The place is for sale and may it sell soon!

I had a very disappointing milky weak latte and an old cheesecake which if it was called anything other than a cheesecake might have been ok if it wasn't for the base being a bit soggy. We went here because of the lack of choice in Walpole and this place was rated 4.3 stars. Think we would have preferred to have driven on to Denmark if we had known. Not a place I'd go back to.

Had a delicious fish but sad that I could not try marrons as sold out. Very efficient and kind waitress.

Always make sure we have a meal (or two) when staying in Walpole.

Delightful and welcoming atmosphere
Fresh and tasty food.

After a busy morning we stopped for lunch at the Top Deck cafe, staff was lovley.
We ordered the Top Deck Burger and The Pork Belly, the pork was cooked amazing and the burger was exceptional, the best burger I have ever had.

A delightful setting outside on the deck with winter sun warming my face. Meal was delicious and steak cooked medium rare and perfectly done. Friend's fish and chips looked world class and he gave me a taste of the shark....sublime. If you're in Walpole looking for a restaurant, come here.

The best marron. Fantastic, well made, succulent with nice veggies.

We had some toasted sandwiches and a great mugachino.The coffee was fabulous.Rest rooms were clean and service quick and efficient.

Came for breakfast and was a bit disappointed. A lot more thought could have been put into the presentation of the food, eggs with smoked salmon should be poached unless specified, there was a hair in the food and it was very off putting hearing the chef microwave things before our dishes came out! We understand there are some limitations to being in Walpole but the food was not cheap and certainly needed some improvements.

Great food and lovely atmosphere for dining. Definitely one of the best seafood chowder i ever had. Recommended for food if anyone is visiting walpole!

Met friends there. Unfortunely I slipped down the stairs. It had been raining. To alert patrons that the stairs were narrow a blue strip had need painted in GLOSS paint so when I stepped out my foot just skidded right off the top step and I landed very quickly on the bottom step. I sustained minor injuries and a very bruised pride.
I reported the incident to staff, suggesting the paint needs to be changed to avoid further incidents. I'm not sure if the suggestion was taken on board. Later my husband ordered me a glass of wine which was given "on the house", but I still hope they rectify the situation. Meanwhile watch your step!
Other than that I can't comment on the food or service.

Can't recommend it highly enough. Friendly, helpful and great food. 10/10

Best calamari I've ever had, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chips were pretty decent, good service, a little bit over priced, but it is peak season, so I guess that is understandable.

Coming through Walpole again will defintely call back for more
