Magnificent setting but on the other hand rather reserved reception. Chilled white wine in a BIG ice bucket not worthy of five stars!

Not at all what we expected:



TL;DR - Way too expensive for what it is, not worthy at all.

A nice hotel but rooms are quite small and lack some modern touches. Bath showers.

Old school hotel. It s in a good location with nice people. It s a problem when you want to make a shower. The water instalation it s not very good. Green zone around and good food at casino.

All in all it was really good. Really enjoyed the dinner and the spa. We also attended breakfast, lunch and the casino. The rooms are okay, but there was a problem with reservation. In the end it got solved well by the professional personal. The pool was a little bit dirty, but okay.

Ok hotel. Not much in walking distance.small town. A few good pizza joints close by

We were looking forward to this weekend in a 4 *!
What surprises have we had! :

-35 minutes of waiting to receive the aperitif ... one glass chipped, the other with plastic inside.
- Salt shaker with a layer of one cm of salt on it
- Dirty services
- Two plates from other customers are returned to the kitchen. We didn't eat there, we left.
- Covid period, the soap dish is broken the other empty. The employee arrives and he tells me, it's the work of the morning employee. I can't do anything .... (photo)
- Mop next to the urinals so that we can clean up after our visit :-D (photo)
- Improbable dust on the door closer (photo)
- When booking the hotel, we order Prosecco. When we arrive there is a shortage of stock. At the Casino there were some but we shouldn't have walked ...
- We cannot walk on the paths in the garden because there are bushes not trimmed (photo)
- The swimming pool needs a renovation just like some points of the hotel
- The false ceiling is dismantled (photo)

In short, everything for a 4 *

We inform the manager (who has just taken over because things were wrong) he offers us a stay to come back and give us a new opinion. We relaunch him 3 months later and .... he never said that! but invites us for a meal :-D

Everything very nice, bed super comfy and very nice staff. Gym and wellness are below standard

The hotel is a bit old (bathroom, carpets in the hallways and in the rooms). The breakfast buffet is ok, unfortunately little choice of cheese and cold cuts.
Unfortunately the sauna was closed.

Excellent 4-star hotel. Several restaurants within the establishment. The casino is nice and the area is beautiful for a ride between Nyon and Geneva.

Small village, just across the border from Switzerland, not much to see. Only attraction seems to be a very small casino.

Splendid domain, hotel, casino, golf or restaurants everything is at the best level either the benefits or the quality of the services

What's good: view, parking, decent bathroom.
On the other hand, double room with only one armchair, no small table, no chair in front of the dressing table, or elsewhere for that matter. Could not get any despite several requests.
Messy room: large stain on the wall hangings, stains on the carpet. Mini bar empty. Very noisy outdoor air conditioning at night if you sleep with an open window without indoor air conditioning.
Had booked 8 nights, left the day after our arrival.

Very warm welcome. Hotel which dates but which retains a certain charm.
Succulent and very well served dinner. Well done to the entire catering team.
King size bed, we slept like dormice.

Worst food i have ever eaten in france. Our company makes events here and each time i regret having lunch here.

Very cosy place, friendly and welcoming staff with exceptional sales department staff, would recommend to anyone trying to find a place for a weekend escapade or a classy seminar.

We took a double superior room and loved it. The halls and rooms have retained a historical luxurious feeling, although the tapestries and chairs were a bit worn, we felt it just added charm. The linens ans toweks wrre nice, breakfats delicious. The staff were friendly and took care of a small misunderstanding with good attitudes. The grounds and pool were lovely. The casino is not exceptional, they dont offer drinks unless you ask, its dark and a bit dated, the bathrooms smell. But overall, we loved our stay.

The room is sublime, secluded, breathtaking view of the mountains ... but the spa on the other hand must be smaller than our 35m2 room, impossible to find 2 min to go to the jacuzzi as there are so many people compared to the surface accessible, damage. Good stay however :)

Very beautiful estate, superb room with the sunrise over the Mot Blanc, breakfast, perfect and abundant, helpful and friendly room staff, only downside, no or more towels at the pool, and small bathrobes, that l can't change because no one has lingerie.

The restaurant, the swimming pool, the service and the casino are really good. However, the rooms are really small.. the spa was incomplete (we couldn't use the hammam and the cold water didn't work in the spa' shower). But we thank again the employees there who made that wonderful service!

Nice location. The hotel is tiered down and we had the same lunch and evening menu for 3 days! A bit boring.

Smoothly integrated into the natural forrest, with a very good food, open swimming pool and spaceful rooms, this hotel 's a perfect choice for summer family holidays.

Great service, wonderful staff especially in restaurant and room perfect. Would highly recommend.

Ancestral decor framed by unusual trees. An unforgettable view and an extraordinary garden.
Unfortunately the service is not always aligned. Room service to relaunch, pleasant but minimalist massage area finally long catering (fortunately the sommelier was innovative and relevant).

In short, a place full of paradoxes.

Top reception and services.
Very classy in a luxury room overlooking the lake and super clean mountain. Very pleasant duo massage. staff always at your service and super pleasant.
Old elevator but hey it's the elevator and old like the hotel .
Pleasant wellness area sauna hammam cold bath and spa at your disposal.
We were lucky to have been there at the beginning of the afternoon before the wave of people which was around 5pm.
And in the morning at 11 am no one so top.car otherwise has a maximum of 6 to 8 people if everything works ... complicated if there are more people.

Three stars for the dilapidated place, rather shabby despite a large and comfortable bed ... a shame because the staff is pleasant and efficient ...
Special mention for the exceptional, varied, rich, original and delicious lunch buffet (the banana cake of the day was a very nice discovery!)

A most exqusite location for a weekend gateway or an important occasion

A little disappointed with the hotel itself, outdated infrastructure, minimalist spa must queue to enter as only four people can swim, personal very welcoming and warm.

We took advantage of a Groupon coupon to spend two nights there. The grounds are large, the hotel on one side and the casino on the other. The rooms are spacious but could use a little renovation especially the bathroom.
The relaxation area is very small, you can be maximum 6-8 people there otherwise it is stuffy. The pool was broken during our stay so we couldn't use it.
Breakfast is a real plus, serving hot drinks at the table, lots of sweet and savory choices.
