Im very disappointed that a respected name like Tony Romas could give such a horrible experience. I went there with such high expectations and was left writing this review instead. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and i have to say itvwasbthe most halfassed sandwich (giving credit where its due, the fries where incredible). The neat was way over cooked and was served almost whole, like they didnt even try to shred the meat. And as if that wasnt enough they only put about a ketchu packets worth of bbq sauce on the pork and that was AFTER i asked for extra sauce. All in all i paid 13 dollars for a plate of fries and a side of disappointment

Sawgrass Foodcourt . Better than when i used to go to the restaurant. Just wish they had to potato soup. The clerk was super friendly and proficient. The ribs wings and fries combo was phenomenal. Sauces were coated and not slopped on. And the Carolina sauce was oh so Delicious!!! Alot better than any other foodcourt food.

Definitely not as good as Tony Roma's in Orlando. Here the fries are soggy and the ribs doesn't taste as good

I asked for bar b que chicken wings & got hot wings..tried to substitute fries for macaroni...they gave me rice...I asked did rice have corn?
I got to work rice had corn...
Finally I asked for an extra sauce...50cents...

This spot knows how to satisfy their clients. Regularly with a welcoming attitude. The food is affordably priced, regularly tasty and neat.

Looks dirty and the food quality is almost as bad as their customer service. This place should not be allowed to use the Tony Roma's name.

This is an express Tony roams not a full serve restaurant we elected to go here over other restaurants expecting a full serve sit down Tony Romas that was really disappointing
There isn't enough room in sawgrass mills for a full restaurant I imagine there is this isn't an airport or a stadium

I went here for the happy hour and my Margaritas were delicious! I ordered two small plates, one was the coconut shrimp which was really really good and came with a slaw that was amazing! And then I ordered the mahi-mahi tacos which had a good amount of fish in them and was equally delicious! The bartender was friendly and my food and drink came out quickly. I wanted to sit outside but happy hour I was told is only served at the bar.

Except for a slice of bacon on my chicken sandwich, and I do not consume bacon, the service was good

Just eat tasty spare ribs in all shapes and sizes and also mixed.

I will never go again pay for a meal which was dry meat so it seemed that it was overheated but I never go again

does anyone work here? I've been calling fort 45 minutes to ask what food court are you located at.. No one picks up the phone to at least acknowledge the caller. that shows very bad customer service, so you just lost a party of 20 people.

Terrible. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Chicken tenders tasted microwaved. Mac and cheese was cold. The picture I posted shows the unprofessionalism of the staff with the kid drinking his smoothie while attending customers with a ny cap slicked back. Just a friendly warning

They made us wait when there were places available, they removed the cutlery and they did not offer dessert, immediately and without request they brought the ticket, we had gone by the recommendation of a friend, but it did not meet our expectations.

Yesterday I went to eat at this place and the BBs were scarce practically without card was pure bone improve please as I will not go again

This store is fast food ... And the food made on the thighs ... Bad food.

The lady at the register is rude. She should check her cheap pink lipstick before giving attitude.

Walked up at 8:41pm told me was closed even though it says 9:30 pm . I asked what time they said 8:45pm I said it's 8:41pm two Spanish lady's at front and everyone just sitting there refused to give managers name.

Not what I expected from the reputable rib place. The ribs were overcooked and dry. The staff not friendly AT ALL!
