I was very disappointed that their boxs, dust bags and packaging where made in China. This takes alot off prestige away from the company.

The shop is very comfortable, suitable for people who want to go to TF to buy things.

customer service needs to be improved , answer the phone sometimes lol and their merchandise is always amazing so 5 stars for me

Always a great shopping experience there. The attention to details, level of service and presentation are very unique. I shop regularly there and not one time did I get a bad experience. I am terrible at making appointments , I just show up and if the sales person I usually work with is busy someone else is always happy to step in and assist. They follow up in a very timely manner of an inquiry about a product is placed. The tailoring and adjustments staff does a superb job. The sneakers are so comfortable and one of my all time favorite to wear. I have over the past few years bought a number of cloths, shoes, sunglasses, cosmetics, candles and watches and I can say with absolutely certainty that the quality is equally good across the board.

The customer service here is excellent. They really make you feel like a client vs just some customer. I really appreciate being treated with kindness & respect. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

The staff, selection and quality are exceptional. It's a pricey store but if you want to indulge yourself, this is a great place to shop. It's worth it!

Exceptional service. Could not have asked for better service. Entered the store half an hour from closing and was promptly pointed in the right direction for the department I was seeking. Got upstairs to eyewear and was quickly introduced to the eyewear specialist and he was great. Got the specific sunglasses I had been looking at for a while. Was in and out in about 15 mins.

Went shopping there with a client, spent over 4K in about 20min. (Which is a decent sale). Not one person assisted us. They were all on their phones and made it seem like we were annoying them by asking for help. This store by far is the most snobby and arrogant of them all! Just horrible! The ppl working there think they are part of the 1% and treat you as if you can't afford anything when they are the ones working on minimum wage wearing "borrowed" Tom Ford clothes. I've worn and shopped Designer brands all my life but this experience was just the worst. I've never felt so unappreciated as a consumer. Serious attitude those staff members have except for the pretty blonde receptionist by the entrance. She felt bad when I expressed my dissatisfaction with her colleagues. I'm officially turned off by the brand, MR. FORD himself has serious attitude and I believe it starts from the top and trickles down to the employees. Will never step foot in that store again to deposit a penny and will think twice now before purchasing TOM FORD anywhere else. wish I can return everything we bought but they don't accept refunds.

Not even worth giving 1 star I bought a Tom Ford wallet from the main website then I called the nearest Tom Ford store which is in New York immediately after I explained I bought a Tom Ford wallet from the website when I received it looked like someone used it and the Tom Ford signature label was fully faded out so much for a "new wallet". Then you would think Tom Ford being a high brand name they would pride itself in helping me bring it in refund or even a discount for my next purchase but they said sorry we can't help you. You have to call tom ford online and tom ford doesn't give out discounts. So after contacting tom ford took me 3 weeks to get a refund and I took my money to Louis Vuitton which had amazing quality products and amazing customer service. Bottom line don't shop at Tom Ford horrible. Basically people who work there can't even afford Tom Ford and talk to you like you cannot afford it hahaha

Incredible presentation, and perfect cut for the shirts!

Went in with the intentions of buying a fragrance but left immediately after being treated as if we didn't belong. Didn't even catch the salesmans name but he appeared to be to have an asian background, walked up to us talking on the phone. When he finally gave us the time of day he was very arrogant and condescending. I'll go to Neiman Marcus next time

Luxurious items made with quality materials and attention to detail sales associates that listen to your requests and make every attempt to please their customers and guests. Expect to find expensive prices.

Mixed feelings - have been a customer of the NYC store for men's clothing since it opened some ten years ago in the prior location. Design has always been exceptional but in recent years customer service has been intentionally curtailed by management. In 2017 I had what I considered manufacturer defects on a pair of jeans and a sports jacket and staff said Sorry. In years past store would have replaced or repaired. Related issue is staff turnover is unbelievably high. Departed staff have told me it's recent management policy to stiff customers on any aspect of customer service other than the initiai sale.
