Rick was patient and explained very carefully the differences in the rugs we were looking at. He was never pushy and let us look around for ourselves and only came to the table when we had questions or were prepared for an estimate

Ken was great to work with in our purchase of flooring for our basement. He was willing to find us flooring within our budget without substituting quality. We highly recommend both Ken and Tom Adams!

Professional, good selection . prices are high. Shop around 4 the windows etc then call a company that just does unstalls. U will save alot of money.

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for the windows and patio door sales and installation. Ken gave us good direction in purchasing the windows and door. Nick and his partner were very professional and courteous while they were at my home, it was a pleasure having them do the work.

I have never worked with anyone like this who won t even send a quote back to you unless you check back over and over. I first had someone come measure my windows and after a week of me calling daily to find out where is my quote I received it. Then I wanted to get my floors done so someone came and measured. I followed up with the sales guy to get the quote and it s been more than a week and not even a response

If you need carpeting or windows, you don't need to bother contacting any company other than Tom Adams - they are that good! I have just completed my third major transaction with them - two for carpeting and the most recent one for windows.

I am a very mechanically inclined person and I know quality workmanship when I see it; I also know sloppy work when I see that, too. I can be a nightmare for a company that does poor quality work. I am happy to state that the carpet installations were perfect, and the price was excellent. The window installation was for my entire house and included a bay window. Some of the installations were challenging.

A few days after the job was completed I noticed a few issues and contacted their service department. Their response was immediate: They sent one of their excellent service techs to assess the situation. He needed some parts, so a follow-up service was required. Everything was then rectified to my complete satisfaction and I couldn't be more pleased. I should also mention that the price was very competitive.

It is not easy to find a company that takes customer satisfaction so seriously. I can see why they are so highly by the Better Business Bureau.

Used them twice and both times they messed up. First time they ordered wrong door and the second time they held my money for over a month and then told me that they couldn't do the job.

Based on their reputation, I went to the store, optimistic that my experience would be pleasant and the process of buying a carpet quick and easy. However, it was far from that. My initial visit went well. Joe, the salesperson, was helpful, sending me home with samples and a time for measurements to be completed. However, he never reached back out after the measurements were taken. I went to the store, only to be told no one could help me but Joe, who was off. I returned the next day and Joe told me I needed to measure some things on my own and send him the measurements. Although I couldn t understand why I had to do this, I did, and I emailed those measurements, only for him to never respond.
I called the store later in the week and asked to speak to a manager. The receptionist took my number, yet no one called me. I returned, again to the store, no manager. But I was told that Phil, a different salesperson, would take care of me.
All went well. I picked out a carpet and a pad and was given a price. The next day, Phil emailed me and said that he was told he would have to charge me a different installation fee, which equated to nearly three hundred dollars more.
Overall, I found my experience to be a waste of time. I m hoping they honor their warranty on flooring previously installed, as the tiling is starting to lift. We will see...

Ryan is incredible to work with! He made our experience with Tom Adams Windows & Doors a pleasurable one with all of his expertise and valuable insight. Ryan is passionate and friendly, making us extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. We cannot recommend Ryan highly enough, 5 star great person! If i could rate 0 stars I would. The installation was installed improperly where they had broken parts. They had to be ordered. When they brought in those parts it was found that the initial installers had bent the screens and said nothing about it. Had to have new screens put in. When they came to do that they saw that the windows themselves were put in improperly and were the wrong size. They reordered the windows they got 1 right and 1 wrong with a crack. Today they were going to install the other window. Again they gave the wrong sized window. I absolutely furious. I have had to take off work for each installment so I have now lost more money than the cost of it. I will never recommend to anyone.

We had carpet installed after our interest in carpet, windows and sliding door and wood floors. Our carpet is not as soft and padded as our old carpet which is a disappointment. I don't think we had an option to choose padding but we would prefer something thicker. The sample in the store was softer than what was put in but probably because it was a small sample; it was also on sale at the time. I'm conflicted about the carpet itself however installation was quick and professional. I want to give them another chance at the other products we wanted but we are unable to at this time. As far as product longevity, I think because our padding was not thick enough it is not wearing well. We've had the carpet for less than three years and already looking to replace it and we've been diligent not to have much traffic on it or destroy it as the purpose of getting new carpet was to help sell our home. The sales associate was kind and helpful in all departments.

Robert S & his crew installed 11 windows in no time at all. They cleaned up after each window, were quiet when they could be and polite while in the home. I'll replace the remaining windows in 2020 and hope that Robert will be still be my installer option.

Can t Recommend for Tile - Lies and Incompetence

We were re-doing our master bathroom. New tile floors, tile in the shower, and a tiled wall behind the shower and bathtub. Approximately $5,000 in materials and labor.

Sales Process - very limited tile selection, average knowledge of staff at best, each sales person operates independently and because they do not use computers, no one knows what you have selected, have looked at, or where your order is. They lied that Mowhak - the largest global manufacturer of tile - was exiting the tile business. I called Mowhak directly and confirmed this was not accurate.

Installation - we were told the installers were some of the best in the business . We selected white porcelain tiles, including white grout. Installers used grey thin set, which is not recommended to use with white grout to prevent bleed through. I asked two other installers if using grey with white grout is normal - I was told it s not. We also selected a special (and pricey) grout for the shower floor to ensure stain prevention and eliminate the need to apply a sealer. The installer did not use that grout on the floor (only later to be discovered by accident).

Service Call 1 - since grey thin set was used, it did end up bleeding through the grout on the shower floor. Contacted service and they came out to remove and re-grout specific sections of the shower floor. The service technician used the correct grout for the repair, but this highlighted that the original installer used the wrong grout - the repaired area was a different color than the original install (this is 2 weeks post initial installation)

Service Call 2 - now that the shower floor was two different grouts/colors, a new technician came to remove all grout and re-grout entire shower floor. Technician that came out was going to use the wrong grout again, and I had to provide them the correct grout. Technician used a box cutter to remove the grout - not sure why they did not use a grout removal tool, but OK. Throughout the removal and re-grout process, I had to supervise to ensure all of the grey thin set was removed properly and that the correct grout was applied.

It s also important to note that each time the grout was applied, you cannot use your shower for 7 days. Also, each time they come to do the repair, you need to take off from work.

For the reasons noted above, I can not recommend Tom Adams.

My wife and I used Tom Adams in Churchville for replacement windows on our old stone farm house. We worked with Ken Lange. Ken was very knowledgable and helpful in the window-buying process. The installation was done quickly and professionally. We would recommend Tom Adams and Ken to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Our experience with Tom Adams was great from the sale to the install and a minor adjustment after install. Unfortunately I forget the names of my installers, but they were wonderful and the end product is beautiful and high quality. Dennis came out to tweak the screen door. He was wonderful and now the screen door shuts more slowly and quietly.
I am very pleased with my Tom Adams experience!

I've purchased multiple flooring options from Tom Adams, from tile to carpet. Always pleased with my customer experience and the installation turnaround is pretty quick. If you're in the market for a renovation project, I would definitely recommend seeing Ken at this location. He does a great job in presenting the best option for your project and budget. He's very knowledgeable and personable - treating your home project like his own.

Called about a window coming off its track. Repair person out in about an hour. Showed me how to fix it but said "just call us" you have a lifetime warranty so use it. We really don't mind coming out for these little things. Its better for us to do it then you take a chance on making it worse. That is customer service.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Ryan! He was very easy going and accomodating. We ordered a nice Provia slider, storm door, and interior door from Ryan. We also ordered a brand new Front Entry Door with decorative glass sidelights. For the front door, Ryan was particularly helpful in laying out the various options for us to consider. We were very happy with our choices. Everything through the shopping, ordering, and install process went very smoothly. We would definitely work with Ryan and Tom Adams on future home improvement projects.

Steve Shain was just great. He and his assistant were diligent and passionate about getting everything right. The doors are beautiful.....no more wind gets through. So lovely! I also requested Steve again when we had them install all new windows on our second floor, and AGAIN, Steve did an amazing job. He is the best of the best! Ask for Steve Shain when you have new doors or windows installed from Tom Adams.

I have purchased windows and doors in both my homes from Tom Adams. They stand behind their products so when I needed windows for my new home I did not consider any other company. Their entire team from sales to installers are great. The best thing is if a seal pops they replace it immediately without a hassle. I highly recommend them.
