Thier is no way you will not enjoy yourself at Disney resort.thier is everything for everyone here from new to old characters. You can't help but sense the magic in the air from the first step to the last you will relive your childhood through the all that you will see. And the rides are amazing don't forget to watch the shows and the fire works.

It's Disneyland. HIGHLY recommended that you use a FASTPASS, because it's the difference between experiencing some of the amazing rides, or going home with less then stellar experience. The rides themselves are not crazy fast, besides a few of the famous ones like Space Mountain, so if that's what you're looking for, then DisneySea may be for you.
Also recommended to stay back and enjoy the nightshow too.

Majority of the food is nice and reasonably priced, with the merch and accomodation emptying out your pockets the most. Would absolutely recommend getting in as early as possible, as noon sees the park getting EXTREMELY crowded. A lot of online guides can be useful as well.

I really like the service, facility and everything here! Even my friend left early and I had to spend the evening alone I felt great! Highly recommend the Fantasmic show at 8pm. It was amazing firework and performance. Mermaid lagoon is very cool too. As for attraction I would recommend to get the fast pass for Toy story mania, tower of terror, Indiana jones and raging spirit. The show at magic lamp theater is good too. My favorite restaurant is Sebastian's calypso kitchen. It's a good deal and food is delicious. If you are big fan of Dufy, can stop by cape cod cook off to order something and watch the show. Burger is not a good idea cause it's quite dry.

As with most Disney resorts, it's way too crowded. However, cast members are top notch. It was a lot of fun, but pretty hard to take in all the attractions. Fast pass is pretty much good for one ride for the day. They should open more attractions up for Single rider.

2nd time to This park after few years and still prefer this park other than it's counterparts location across the world. I Will really recommend this park to others if this Tokyo Disney has English illustrations or explanation from it's crew for the shows and rides they are offering, then this will be a Big plus!
Some attractions are closed during the day we went and queue is always long for rides.
The park is big, need at least 2 days to visit the resort and disneysea.

While it is good, it suffers from the same problems that any other Disneyland has, and that's a crazy amount of people and overcrowding. You can get a free fast pass on most rides to help with this, but you're still going to end up waiting an hour or two for some of the rides. Disneysea isn't really much different from Disneyland regarding crowds. Also, get a fast pass for Indiana Jones if you're going to Disneysea because that's probably the best one!

Lots of fun activities for the young as well as the elderly. There're thrill rides too. This place is so big that you might need few days to enjoy all the rides (too many of interesting themes). There are a lot of people too, even on weekdays.

This review is for Disneysea. Really nice park. Not that I've been to a lot, but the continuity between different areas was impressive. Great for the really little ones but less so for thrill seekers. The overwhelmingly friendly staff was annoying at first but got to be less so as the day went on. Learned to not look at them in passing so as not to feel it necessary to wave back. Food was surprisingly reasonably priced. The smoking areas were hugely disappointing. One was literally a dungeon and with the tech available today should not have been as nasty as they were. Come on, they serve a lot of unhealthy food and booze, why single out smokers? Still, even on a cold rainy day we all had a better time than we expected.

Japan version of Disney is different, but yet holds up to the Disney standards. Having been to the Florida and California locations, we enjoyed Tokyo Disney just as much. Many cast members spoke English, so language was not a problem. Many food options other than Asian for American tourists.

Good day out. Even on a weekday crowd is huge. Attractions are ok. Most of the attractions are in Japanese. Not friendly for international tourists. Also there isnt much options of western or international cuisine. Staff are great and very helpful. Unlike other Disneylands heaps of people was dressed in disney characters costumes.

Heaps of popcorn stalls with different varieties themed with different disney characters costumes were exciting.

Tried churros at different outlets. There are all dry and not that tasty.

Overall good day out with lots of exciting things to look for and experience

Already visit both disneyland n disneysea. Both is vey crowded, especially disneysea. All the attraction is having a long queue time. I am visiting on tuesday, said to be the lowest visitor time by the calendar. It works for disneyland but not the disneysea (always crowded until super late at nite)

An experience of a lifetime. Use the Fast Pass for Toy Story first as it is has the longest waiting time. Cool down time for Fast Pass ranges from 1 hour to 2 hours. Before the cool down, you're not able to book a Fast Pass for another ride.

My first visit to Disney. A dream come true and felt like a child. Spent 2 days and loved every second of the time spent there. Best was the Disney parade and second best was Jack sparrow show.
It is a dream city.

Disneyland was not at all what I was expecting. To be honest it wasn't very great at all except for the staff and the scenery. As a thrill seeker this park was not really for me, as half the fun rides were closed and the other half had such long waiting times it was ridiculous. The food was okay for the price. There were a lot of gift shops but I wish they would have had a bigger selection of Alice in Wonderland. I will say though that the scenery was gorgeous and everything looked amazing, although the rides were lacking. Very automated. Not even the haunted house had real people in it.

Disney is fun and stuff, but OMG, even the popcorn stands have 30 minute queues. We basically didn't do anything as we kind-of dislike waiting for 160 minutes (or 2.5hrs+!) for a single attraction. And no, it is not for one key attraction, it is for many of them. Very disappointing overall. We in the end high fived to having ridden two attractions. Sad is it not?

The Tokyo Disney Resort is a theme park and vacati...

The Tokyo Disney Resort is a theme park and vacation resort located in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, just east of Tokyo. It is owned and operated by the Oriental Land Company with a license from The Walt Disney Company. The resort opened on April 15, 1983, as a single theme park (Tokyo Disneyland), but developed into a resort with two theme parks, four Disney hotels, six non-Disney hotels, and a shopping complex. Tokyo Disneyland was the first Disney theme park opened outside the United States. Tokyo Disney Resort has three main entertainment sections: Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, and Ikspiari, which is a variation of the Downtown Disney and Disney Springs shopping, dining, and entertainment areas found at the Disney resorts in Anaheim and Lake Buena Vista respectively. It also contains Bon Voyage!, which is the official Disney goods specialty shop of Tokyo Disney Resort. Like the other Disney resorts, the Tokyo Disney Resort has several Disney-branded hotels; the resort's Deluxe Hotels are the Disney Ambassador Hotel, the Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta (the building in which the entrance to Tokyo DisneySea is located), and the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. There are six other hotels located on the Tokyo Disney Resort property. These, however, are not Disney-branded hotels and are owned by other companies, similar to the Hotel Plaza Boulevard hotels at Walt Disney World. All facilities are linked by Disney Resort Line monorail. Two Disney branded Value Hotels, Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel - Wish and Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel - Discover, opened in 2016 a short distance away from the resort and are linked by Disney shuttles. The Tokyo Disney Resort is headed by Toshio Kagami, who is the secretary general (CEO) of the Oriental Land Company. Tokyo Disneyland, first theme park built at the resort. Tokyo Disneyland opened on April 15, 1983 and is based on its sister parks in Anaheim, California, and Bay Lake, Florida. Tokyo DisneySea, second theme park to open at the resort. Tokyo DisneySea opened on September 4, 2001. The park has a theme of nautical exploration, adventure, and different lands.

Thoroughly deserves it's stellar reputation. Our family of four LOVED it. So glad we gave it one of our three days in Tokyo and didn't bother with Tokyo Robot Restaurant, being very close to the same price at about $Aus 320 for 4. Arrive early and enjoy a full day and evening. Use the 4 Fast Pass allowances on normal ticket price to speed up your wait on a few more popular rides. Book ahead for Crystal Palace Restaurant all you can eat and drink buffet lunch and/or Hokusai Restaurant for dinner - both very good and about $100 to $130 for 4. Just to note Tokyo Disney Sea is rated even better, but we did not go as our kids are under 10 and the rides have more height restrictions. A day at each sounds like a good idea if you have slightly older kids, the time and budget.

Not a huge amount of Disney (i.e. their own animated films) for a Disneyland. Focuses more on other franchises (like Indiana Jones etc) instead so bear this in mind if taking kids who aren't familiar with these films. Rides are still pretty good though

If you re looking for fast roller coasters this place isn t it. But they have awesome rides that are built to engage all senses. As a roller coaster Romaric I would still recommend going here and riding all the attractions. I m a grown man and didn t want to leave the park because it was that cool.

Really fun, but limited assistance for native English speakers. Good luck getting through Galileo's castle without a Japanese speaking friend.

Would minus an additional star for the hotel reservation app. It's only available in Japanese. I have dietary restrictions and was extremely unhappy to find that I was unable to reserve a spot at the ONLY restriction-friendly restaurant in the park, even when going to it as soon as the park opened.

Always love Disney Parks. Disney Sea was lovely to explore. Kids loved it especially all the merchandise (mouse-ear headbands/hats will surely impress!). Great atmosphere and service. Rides suitable for all ages.

Wasn t expecting the huge crowds on a Monday though... lots of waiting in lines... lasted 9:30am-9:30pm so it was a full day!

I recommend Tokyo Disney sea over Tokyo Disneyland if you've already been to Disneyland in Southern California. Slightly different over all but pretty much all around the same. So I Tokyo Disney Sra is a better location to go to.

For the kids and kids at heart. It is always a marvel like people of all ages loved it when they go to Disneyland. Maybe because all of us dream of being a prince or a princess, and this place fulfills all those dreams, even for just a day. Don't you agree?

I've been to EuroDisney, Disneyland in California ...

I've been to EuroDisney, Disneyland in California and Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The Tokyo resort is by far the friendliest with the best atmosphere. Everyone bends over backwards to make your day special and fun - they interact with kids really well and there isn't an unfriendly face in the place.

I highly recommend staying in Tokyo Bay at a hotel that has a shuttle bus to the park. There are plenty of reasonably priced options. We stayed at the Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay - perfect. And WAY cheaper than a Disney Resort hotel, they cost a fortune.

This last time I travelled with my 4 and 7 year old kids. We went to the park around 9:30-10am each day and stayed til around 1pm. Then we'd head back on the shuttle for a sleep and a rest for a couple of hours (the four year old was recovering from a cold, but we all benefited from the break). Then we headed back to the park around 4-5pm for another 3 or 4 hours in the evening. The evenings were the best, as they were cooler (it gets quite hot in early summer) and the atmosphere was great.

We spent most of our time in Fantasyland (Disneyland). We mostly avoided queues of more than 20 minutes. For the exceptions (my 7 year old was desperate for the Haunted Mansion) we broke out the iPad to watch in line, which worked well. We got multiple goes on the carousel, tea cup ride, It's a Small World (a huge hit), Pirates of the Caribbean and others. We went to Tomorrowland to get a Fastpass for the Monsters Inc ride, and then beat a hasty retreat as it was super busy. In hindsight, a Fastpass for Buzz Lightyear is a great idea as well. Both of these rides are interactive, with guns and torches to use during the ride, and totally worth going on with kids.

Critter Country including Splash Mountain was closed while we were there, but Adventureland provided the Jungle Cruise which was fun and the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. We didn't go on any rollercoasters, so avoided the bigger rides.

As for DisneySea, it was fun but the kids were exhausted (we missed our midday break for that one, big mistake). The food options are better here, I think, with nice sit-down pasta and pizza and bakeries. The underwater play area at the Mermaid Lagoon was the big winner, and the play area with sunken pirate ships to run around in was the highlight there, though the seashell rides and bouncing jellyfish were also fun. The Aquatopia ride near the Nemo ride was really fun (we didn't even try the Nemo ride, queue was way too long). Walking round to the Indiana Jones area from the Arabian Coast isn't worth it with small kids - there is nothing for younger kids there. Better to go through the volcano and play on the fortress and pirate ship. The big ship Columbia was fun to explore as well. The Arabian Coast had three great rides: Jasmine's flying Carpet, the Voyage of Sindbad and the carousel.

Foodwise: snack options are limited and unusual for European tastes. You can get chocolate and honey popcorn, but you can also get chilli and curry popcorn. I brought sandwiches, cakes, fruit and muesli bars in a lunch box with me to feed the kids on the run - it definitely perks you up when waiting in a line.

I was a single adult with two young kids and so there was no way I was going to be running all over the park with them trying to get Fastpasses. Choose one or two rides to aim for and be prepared for an evening ride time if you don't hurry straight to the Fastpass stations on opening. Stroll, don't hurry, or you'll run the kids' energy out way too soon! Also: try to avoid Saturdays and go mid-week - it's much less busy. Bring a fan or buy one there in the summer months and definitely don't forget hats and sunscreen.

Disney is not much difference to Disney land. But I personally is more prefers Disney land as it is more well organized. However, I enjoyed the late afternoon ticket from 3pm if you don t care much about fast pass as the fast pass entry would properly stopped or sold out if u entry that late. For those who aims at playing rides and adventure I would suggest them to get whole day pass!

Fantastic place to visit in Tokyo. Easily accessible by public transit and definitely a must visit for any Disney fan. Tokyo DisneySea is especially unique and unlike any other Disney Park in the world. The theming is top notch Disney quality and the service is amazing. There are a lot of unique experiences and attractions that are Tokyo specific. Attractions such as Journey to the Center of the Earth are a must and are unlike any other attraction in other Disney Parks. Definitely worth a visit if you have a day or two to spare while in Tokyo.

I have to say I had much more fun in the Paris Disney. The queues were extremely long, many members of staff didn't speak English, basically 3/4 of the more exciting attractions were closed. The place reservations 1h ahead of the show are a bit ridic. While we were standing and waiting for the parade two staff members were extremely patronising towards my friend- one lady came and made a big fuss to move her 2cm left and then the other came and moved her 2 cm back. I get that we're in Japan but c'mon, it's Dinsyeland. Relax a bit.

Cool for children but if you're planning to have an amazing time with friends, Tokyo Disney Sea is a better option. However both parks are an excellent display of Disney quality and high standar! My favorite moment, the Light Night Parade!
