While it is good, it suffers from the same problems that any other Disneyland has, and that's a crazy amount of people and overcrowding. You can get a free fast pass on most rides to help with this, but you're still going to end up waiting an hour or two for some of the rides. Disneysea isn't really much different from Disneyland regarding crowds. Also, get a fast pass for Indiana Jones if you're going to Disneysea because that's probably the best one!
