We had a terrible time in Tokyo Disneyland.

We had a terrible time in Tokyo Disneyland.

The park is currently under major redevelopment with some new construction taking place which really ruined the feel. The price did not reflect these works and there was no prior warning.

The park was severally overcrowded which lead to 30 minute waits for the toilets, never mind 140 minutes for rides.

The fast pass system was a complete joke and did not provide any advantage. We left before our time as we were given a slot 6 hours away.

I think we managed to get on 2 or 3 of the rides in a 5 hour period and left early due to the crowds.

Extremely disappointed. We have been to Paris & Hong Kong; this is by far the worst Disneyland so far and definitely the worst theme park I have ever been to!

Dreadful.

Always use Fast Pass machines for quick and smooth access. Most of the staff usually speak English. Selfie sticks are not allowed. Bring raincoats if you don't want to get wet. This is the happiest place to be.

Only mermaid performance was good.

Only mermaid performance was good.
Three big attractions was down for maintenance.
Other attractions are also average without any excitement.
Unlike disneyland where i stayed till 10pm, i left disneysea at 5pm as i got bored.

Wonderful Disney magic. Light show beyond expectation. Still, even with a half empty park some of the lines were unbelievable and even tho there is something like a fast pass we really just opted for the shorter lines. Now, that would have worked if there was just lines, but, in reality, the line outside was just to get in the line inside. And you know what? Even after the two lines, you still had a third line to get on the ride!? WTAF?! Well, kids happy and I'm broke. All well that ends well, right? 8:-)

Loved it! Very fun, unique to japan. There aren't a ton of rides but felt like the rides here are more immersive than California and even Florida. Not a replacement of either of those parks by any means but definitely worth checking out

Was at Disney Sea on a weekday night before halloween. My friend & purchased the after 6 passport. Despite being a weekday, there were plenty of people. We were able to walk around and ride a few rides before watching the Fantasmic show. It was a really awesome show, with different floats, lights, and special effects, showcasing the Disney characters. I highly recommend watching it.
I will definitely come back here and spend the whole day next time. Really worth the travel, time, & expense.

Went when it was students' winter holiday, so not only was it very cold (froze my a** off), but very packed!! Waited 2+ hours just to ride Raging Spirits ride and nearly froze to death. I really wanted to ride the Tower of Terror as well, but the wait would have killed me. All the FastPasses for nearly all the rides were also taken for this day. I really don't know what the hype was about, but I suppose everyone should experience Disneyland at least once in their life.

Basically a Disney park. You know what you get. The lines are quite long tho as every ride averaged a good 45-60 mins, however lines are orderly and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Disneyland is more the usual Disney rides, while DisneySea seems more geared towards an older audience. Food at the park was also reasonably priced and taste was surprisingly good.

Best place to bring your kids. Wholesome fun and lots of rides and attractions.

Come early to avoid early long queues.
Bring food if you re on a budget or want to avoid wasting time queuing at the food counters.

It truly feels like magic to be here. There are lots of people, and occasionally the wait times for the rides aren't ideal but the staff are always smiling and waving. The popcorn is amazing and the other food is reasonably priced.

Just such a hassle, running around getting fast passes and arranging the day is terribly stressful for a family so no time to enjoy the experience. The food was just awful on all levels at all outlets. Very disappointed.

Very recomended, better than hongkong disneyland, better go on weekdays, star tour is a must, 4dx has 6 theaters to speed up people line. Big castle. If you go on rainy days better to bring rain coats, boots, warm sweater, strong winds will ruin your umbrella. Foods from outside are restricted, better eat before lunchie time, or you will find long line at the restaurants.

I mean, it's Disney. Without fast passes, you're in for super long waits at most rides. The parades and 3D show are fun to watch, even as an adult. I will say, the food was much more reasonably priced than I anticipated. I got a burger (with an adorable Mickey-shaped bun!), fries and an iced tea for under $15 (my local park charges a whopping $20+ for the same!). Would make for a fun date, and is worth checking out if you've never been to a Disneyland.

Wow amazing experience. Such a fun place for the whole family to enjoy no matter the age. All kinds of food and prices are beyond perfect. Usually theme park food is outrageous here you could have a meal under 10bucks plus snacks around two or three. If you want to overindulge then you could spend 40 or more dollars and be stuffed to the brim with food. Anyway souvenirs were also very reasonable in price. Huge stuffed toys around 20bucks. Awesome!

This place is HUGGGEEEE.

This place is HUGGGEEEE.
I underestimated when I first planned the trip.
Once I got there I was stunned by it. There are so many theme rides and side-quest attractions (that s how I call it) if you go to Disney Sea. Please don t fall into a ToyStory trap. I ve waited for 3 hours and it wasn t worth it. If you like something thrill, go to Indiana Jones, High Tower and etc but not ToyStory.

My first time in Tokyo Disneyland and I wasnt disappointed. The park is well themed and well designed, I unfortunately went on a peak day but still enjoyed myself. Apparently Halloween is a HUGE deal for Tokyo Disney and the decorations are over the top and amazing and their parade is a bit short, bit still really fun and involving. The whole crowd was flinging their scarfs and towels and the characters were super energetic.

Ride queues are beautiful and well themed, but they were super long for instance, Splash Mountain was a 2 and a half hour wait.

The staff are the sweetest and feel like the most genuine theme park employees I have ever encountered. Everyone was so helpful!

I loves my time there, hopefully I can come back and experience everything Disneyland has to offer.
