I'm not sure if the fault for my inconvenience lies with this company or my employer, but nothing has been remedied from talking to either. This company had very snarky customer service, but they did call me back in a very timely manner. Still, not helpful at all and not nice about it.
TnT Management does business with New Mexico companies Mi Via and the Xerox Corporation. TnT Management has a huge problem with getting payroll sent out on time. I went 6 months without getting paid and they gave me the run around until I contacted a NM government agency and that same day Tnt Management deposited 6 months of payroll in my account! I would rate them zero stars but that option doesn't exist!
I called to speak with Management and the receptionist Kerry was extremely rude. She hung up on me twice. Maybe they don't believe that they have a responsibility to appease anyone on any level. If I could formally write a complaint I would. Considering contacting BBB in Salem. This was the worst response from a receptionist.
Horrible company period!!!!! I have never had so many problems with getting paid on time in my life, and I have direct deposit. I do my part and turn my stuff in on time or before so I do my job. They need to follow through and do thete job!!!!
They never get me my money on time. They are rude and when I've had to go down there to get my checks they have been really weird and hard to deal with. They are just a hassle and I would never recommend using them!
