Very disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of effort for anyone to make contact with me. Leaving a voicemail after 5 o clock while I m driving home or still at work one time a day doesn t mean someone tried to contact me. For when I called back, I had to again leave another voice message, to wit I only got another voicemail in return. Where is the communication?

Dr. Visk s nurse called me today at 5:55 PM to tell me what she and I chatted about ONE time, and wasn t even close to being correct, or more accurately, complete. Why didn t she know about the three most recent voice mails where I shared that my insurance approval came through for all three procedures? Now I have to find another surgeon. Maybe I should ve looked at the Google 2.6 out of five star rating before I made my original appointment! #ExtremelyAggravated, #ExtremelyDisappointed.

I agree with these comments. Dr. Sanchez is a very nice doctor but his nursing staff is absolutely horrible! I leave voicemails concerning my condition and they go unanswered. What kind of doctors office does this? I waited forever for certain procedures to get done and now I'm in the worst pain ever and I can't get a follow up app. The staff keeps saying that the nurse has to schedule it but she hasn't scheduled it and won't return my calls! All I want is to get the surgery, get my life back and move on! If I had other options, I would go somewhere else for treatment because ppl in pain shouldn't have to suffer like this! This healthcare facility doesn't appear to be THAT concerned with healing anyone

I too am disappointed about the low review but not really confused. It seems this "all about ME" society is always ready to complain but when the outcome is positive the urgency to share THAT news is not as strong. That's OUR fault. So you don't like to sit? Try sitting in a wheelchair for 10 years! That is exactly what Dr. Anthony Sanchez has liberated me from. My road to recovery has been a very long road and throughout all of that time and many appointments I've NEVER seen or heard any of the staff be rude or discourteous to anyone. Also, Dr. Sanchez's nurse, Kelly is the "greatest thing since sliced bread. As some of the comments have mentioned, Orthopedic Specialties is a very busy office. This is a testimonial to their quality. I guess we need to ask ourselves, are we there to make new friends or are we there to get well. We must "keep our eyes on the prize". Those of us who have had a positive experience need to share these also so those who are hurting can know there is reason for hope! Orthopedic Specialties is the best!

Came in for shoulder and hip issues. Needing a referral for an MRI for both. Filled out intake paperwork for my shoulder and my hip. I was immediately taken in for shoulder exrays. Asked about my hip during exrays and the technician knew nothing about it. While seeing the doctor, Dr Leong, he addressed my shoulder. And would not have even discussed my hip if I had not brought it up. He blew off my request to have him look at it even though I put it on all my paperwork. They then referred me for an MRI... for my shoulder only. I called their office the same day as my visit to complain. Explained that it was a waste of my time to do just one and that I need to get all done at once as I am a sole breadwinner and can't take time off at leisure. Went for my MRI and they still would only do my shoulder. Totally ignoring all my intake forms. Walked out without an MRI
Going back to complain. Will update later.

I am very happy that I find out a place that can take care of me. After visiting 2 facilities without even see the doctor or get treatment I was so sad and disappointed because my pain started been worst. I Google yesterday Orthopedist Specialist and got an appointment today first thing in the morning. I explained the person answering the phone my case, situation and in how much pain I was that can't even walk straight and just bend! I told her I need a solution. She promised so.
This morning after filling the usual paperwork the called my name and a beautiful and sweet nurse name Mary took me to my new Orthopedist, Doctor Hudson. Immediately I saw him I new I was in the best hands!
Thank you so so much Dr. Hudson you were unbelievable great. After checked on me he told me I had a severe arthritis in my low back. He injected me in specific areas, gave me some pain samples and a cream to apply, put me in a physical therapy for 3 or 4 weeks until I go back to see him. The Ymca just called me at 3pm and I got my first appointment. The online Pharmacy called me too and my medication are on the way. Doctor Hudson ordered my medications from an special place at almost no cost because my insurance didn't cover and I just took my second pill and am resting after working 5 hours in pain because I overdue. But when you are a nanny and adore your babies you are taking care, you can't say NO to them. And I love my job.
100% of Satisfaction, this place is the best and I am very happy I went there today! Great facility, impecable, clean, great doctors and sweet nurses. I know I will be better soon!!!

Lucky if you get to see a doctor. Went in. Mind you they won't even let you schedule an appointment without all your insurance information. Waited 40 minutes. Was told that my paperwork was held up in finance. Finally called to finance. Was told they wrote my insurance down incorrectly but NOW they got it straight (FORTY MINUTES!!!) I could pay $250 and proceed to xrays/my appointment. I only had time slotted for an hour (because I'm an adult that works and is a mother) so obviously they used all MY TIME FIGURING OUT MY INSURANCE WHICH THEY COULD HAVE DID DAYS PRIOR. She said "next time I just need to schedule EARLIER." Seriously. Because wasting over an hour of my time wasn't good enough. I left. I won't be returning. Very disrespectful.

Just moved from out of town. Could not have chosen a better new doctor than Dr. Sanchez. His schedule is pretty full so get in as soon as possible. Very nice physician assistant too.

This had to be one of the worst experiences I ve ever experienced. Not only did he not believe me when asked my weight and said I had to get on scale which by the way I was only off by a pound he basically said I was fat and after telling me I had arthritis in both knees worse in the right then the left and he also questioned my diagnosis of my previous Doctors of Rhematiod Arthritis the shot was uncomfortable but I knew it would be not like he said this might hurt. It was a very humiliating experience and one I will not repeat . I am a Registered nurse and he has the worse bedside manner I have experienced in over 25 years of nursing. Never again Dr Elliott you need to learn how to treat people because obviously in med school you skipped bedside manners #neveragain pkb

Had to see Dr. Hudson for my back. Super nice and attentive. However, I had to see Dr. Collins for my knee and shoulder... his bedside manner was very lacking. He had a bad attitude, and a smart mouth, and after a shot in the knee, left without a word, leaving his nurse standing there to do his job. He was rude and unprofessional.

Had CMC performed by Dr. Keith, although complained of pain throughout recovery nothing was done. No therapy has relieved the pain remaining after surgery. Last appt. I sat in exam room for an hour with no doctor or nurse. Left...now heading to see a surgeon to repair damag caused by this.

Awesome experience with my 1st ever surgery, they (Dr Elliott) did a.wonderful job from start to finish all the way around , great bedside manner caring and very skilled at his craft . I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great group of orthopedic surgeons that truly care about thier patients

Had my knee surgery done here, as well as my physical therapy post-op. I had a wonderful experience in both cases. After going to multiple doctors that couldn t diagnose my problem, they were able to within minutes of seeing me, schedule surgery, and get me back on to the court in a respectable amount of time. Would highly recommend.

I found Dr. Keith and his staff to be superbly professional. My surgery went off without a hitch and he visited me twice while I was in rehab. Staff there said no other doctors do that!

Staff is rude and doctors are inconsiderate. Been there several times with my mother and have never had a good experience.

I went to Dr. Elliott for wrist/hand pain 6-25-18 I wanted to get a shot in the wrist. It took me 3 hours to get out of the office. Today I go in for a procedure and I wait in line at check-in behind 4 people. No sign in sheet or cards just stand and wait like you are in a store waiting to pay. I had a procedure today and was told by the scheduler I would see the Dr today and not need a follow up appointment. I didn't see the doctor and don't have a follow up appointment. Today is 7-20-18 and I have been wearing a splint on my wrist and still have no diagnosis, no treatment plan, and no follow up appointments. I have spent over $200.00 on copays and still have no answers. I plan to seek help elsewhere and hope I get some pain relief.

Dr Sanchez is one of the best doctors.

His nursing staff and front office staff is the absolute worst ever!!! Dr Sanchez is not good enough to compensate for having to deal with them. I will never go back.

Totally confused as to the low ratings I see before me! I've been a patient here for more than 12 years and there's NOTHING NEGATIVE that I nor ANYONE I've referred to this OFFICE can or has said...NOTHING! My doctor, Dr.Mark Visk is the reason I'm walking TODAY!! Dr.Mark Visk has preformed multiple surgeries on me over the years and surgery had 100% successful. Along with Dr.Visk his Nurse "Vicki" and other nurses are Very Kind Considerate and make every visit easier regardless!!!!!I TRULY love EVERY STAFF MEMBER behind the double glass doors!!!!

Dr's are good but the front staff is incompetent. Left vacation early to make appt but they didn't have all their paperwork in order.

Dr Sanchez and his team are great. The receptionists have the personality of a rock. They are not nice, they act like you ruined their day just by walking in the door, and they hate their job and the patients. First people you see when you re in pain and scared should greet you with a smile and a kind word. I ve been here several times and it s been like this every time so it can t be just because they re having a bad day which is no excuse anyway.

On August 16, 2017, I brought my mother in for her 3pm appt. At 4:30pm, we are still waiting to be seen. This is totally unacceptable. At 4:30 the waiting room is full of people waiting to be seen. Well over 20 ppl in here. This is a sign of greed. How can you overbook people in need like this? It's apparent that it's more about the Doctor's making money than it is about the concern and consideration of the patient. I WILL NOT BRING MY MOTHER HERE AGAIN.

Dr. Elliot is a skilled & competent Orthopedic physician/surgeon.
