Overall, not too bad of an experience. We did have an issue with our fridge that took a month to resolve but that was also because the home owner was being cheap and didn't want to resolve the issue so that's more of a complaint towards the owner than ALPS Group. Response time is pretty quick. Most issues we've had have been dealt with in a timely manner. The website for rent is buggy though and we've been charged late fees on 2 occasions by error after we had paid on time, but once this was brought to their attention, the charges were removed.

The Alps Group is a wonderful company to do business with. Very Responsive and professional group to work with.

ALPS manages just two single family rental units for me in Northwest Indiana. They are extremely communicative and responsive and knowledgeable.
When I have an issue I feel that I can actually reach out to a real person and get the help or information I need. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and is a good source of advice and suggestions and addresses issues in a timely manner.
