I was ecstatic to get hold of my unit, a Samsung S4, under Plan sometime in August 2013...
Of course, it was performing that excellently well and effectively helping me out in ways and means that I need as a newly elected local legislator. its camera is one of a kind! That is why when said unit accidentally fell the other day while I was rushing out of our door to attend to a client, I felt soooo sad. My problem is, I have not fully paid it yet! Can said unit be replaced or repaired by Globe? I am willing to pay for the service required. How long is the warranty granted? I could hardly read what the product warranty guide outlines... I think I threw away the box.... I hope I could visit a Globe outlet one of these days... Would Globe enlighten me on what to do? Thank you very much and Happy Holidays!!!

Globe is really annoying and really unreliable source company, On this late December 2014, Me and my husband applied for a Globe service line together with the Handset, at Gateway Globe Center Cubao where in Q.C.
At the first time the approved our application within two days, but it's been almost one week before they activate our sim cards, we'd been trice back & forth coming back to the Globe center where in Gateway Cuabo, on the last time they activate our sims, we'd been a victim of some theft person, when we're inside my husband's mobile phone was stolen by someone without our knows...and we immediately go to any near Globe center where at Makati, and call the Hotlines to disconnect his sim and deactivate his handset, and we'd claim an another sim for him. His handset was being stolen this late December and we filed to Ace insurance as for the replacement of his handset,it's almost one months and a weeks before the Aikontech replaced his handset, for about Jan.26 ,2015, And he only used it for about one day to call to U.S., then we Turn off the data because it costing so much money, and we only do for about 3-7 texts,my husband's plan was 1799, And he has a combo 999 and he has a landline but the gateway Globe center never give our landline number, but the Glob ethey still charging us for about 4,000php for every month and mine was for about sometimes 2,000 up to 3,500php up....Globe they keep charging us for an extras that we'd never used to use, without a sense...And we keep calling and calling theor hotline numbers, and their globe hotline representative tehy didn't even know their job, they keep forcingly saying that we're using an internet through their data, which is not true, because we turn off the data along the months because me and my husband we both know how ridiculous is the Globe telecom regarding giving their customer a big bills that is wasn't right without a sense of humor...until now WE'RE SUFFERING FOR THE GLOBE SYSTEM they keep charging us trice of the bill of the plan we'd chose to have, we're just renting an apartment, we used to budget our money for our food for everyday just to pay the Globe or else they will terminate our our lines and we will gonna pay for about 86,000php up, times for the months as for the contract we made... Globe they keep saying that both of our accounts was under of investigation but still we're paying for so much, hope, the Globe system will gotta change they're giving us a hard time and heartaches for so much trouble they made to destroy our good living paying for so much expenses instead of budgeting for our foods for everyday since everything here on the Philippines was having a price Hiking...We always asking to have a talk to their personnel especially to their supervisor but non of them tried to talk with us... and that's really annoying and their Hotline representative it seems thay they are all out of skills....it's crazy to say this but, I HATE GLOBE For all the hard time they're giving us...CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!.....

I have never been to the place but I hate the way ...

I have never been to the place but I hate the way Globe treat their cusomers. I use prepaid GOSURF 50, but out of the 3 days I pay for I get only one or at the best 2. Usually no connection daytime. When asking why at the provincial office in Maasin, they only say it is due to too many users and when I ask how come you advertise and keep selling plans when you can't deliver, they become unfriendly. "We only sell plans and have nothing to do with delivery". End of discussion. They gave the number to Globe hotline, but they couldn't say anything more than "Thank you for calling Globe". So Globe Telecom, do you have any comments and when will Philippines get a functioning broadband?

The place is well maintained and clean. One negative aspect of the building is that it has this high stone stairs leading to the front door. This can be a challenge for elderly people and definitely not suitable for people with disabilities. The front desk is outside the building right in front of the main entrance. A security guard is there to get identification in exchange for visitor's pass. Once you enter, someone who visits for the first time will find it hard to find the elevator which is hidden in the corridors to the left and right side of the main hallway.

This place was once bustling with people and shops...

This place was once bustling with people and shops when the Globe Telecom company was still here. Now, it's all gloomy, unattractive and creepy. The hallways are not so lighted, the elevator is a bit dodgy and now been occupied by small companies doing business. The security guards are not coordinated. I entered in one of their access to the building and left my ID. After doing business with one of their tenants, I exit where I came in and the guard sent my ID to another entrance; asking me to go there. I said I entered here, I do not need to go to another access just to pick up my ID. Such waste of time waiting.

I have a same experience like "Helen Bartel". Globe are so unprofesional, they keep trying to make you pay more and more.

My concern are actually very simple, i just want to terminate my Globe SuperPlan and unlock my phone before the contract end. I did call them and they advise me to pay a certain amount for the termination fee and unlocking the phone.

I went to Globe service centre MOA to pay the amount that been given by the Globe CS hotline. And then one of the assistant name "Mark" tell me need to wait for 1 week working day to process, so i wait until next week but then what happen ? No one claiming that i need to wait for 1 week, and then the manager in charge are the one who help me to follow up through email, she tell me to wait for another 5 days working days.

I was pissed off that time, but i have no choice, i just want to end my nightmare, so i waited for another 5 days, and what happen ? The Globe Service Centre at MOA are closed for renovation, i look for their temporary stand nearby and asking for my update status. What happen ? The manager in charge on break, so i can't follow up my concern. Then i pissed off and asking one of them to help me process my concern by calling the hotline again, and upon checking no one helping me send the email or follow up my concern. I've waste my 3 weeks wait for nothing, and the bill comes. I pay another month for nothing.

So what i do is to call their hotline everyday and until they unlocking my phone. Finally at the fourth week they able to unlock my phone.

While i thought my nightmare is over, another bill come again at the end of the month. So i start struggling and fight for my right again, they deduct my payment from the last month so i need to pay another few thousand peso for the termination fee. And like usual, i need to wait another week for the processing time. Up until now.. My Termination request are still being process.

To join the contract with Globe are the most regret things in my life. Hope God can help me through this.
