Globe is really annoying and really unreliable source company, On this late December 2014, Me and my husband applied for a Globe service line together with the Handset, at Gateway Globe Center Cubao where in Q.C.
At the first time the approved our application within two days, but it's been almost one week before they activate our sim cards, we'd been trice back & forth coming back to the Globe center where in Gateway Cuabo, on the last time they activate our sims, we'd been a victim of some theft person, when we're inside my husband's mobile phone was stolen by someone without our knows...and we immediately go to any near Globe center where at Makati, and call the Hotlines to disconnect his sim and deactivate his handset, and we'd claim an another sim for him. His handset was being stolen this late December and we filed to Ace insurance as for the replacement of his handset,it's almost one months and a weeks before the Aikontech replaced his handset, for about Jan.26 ,2015, And he only used it for about one day to call to U.S., then we Turn off the data because it costing so much money, and we only do for about 3-7 texts,my husband's plan was 1799, And he has a combo 999 and he has a landline but the gateway Globe center never give our landline number, but the Glob ethey still charging us for about 4,000php for every month and mine was for about sometimes 2,000 up to 3,500php up....Globe they keep charging us for an extras that we'd never used to use, without a sense...And we keep calling and calling theor hotline numbers, and their globe hotline representative tehy didn't even know their job, they keep forcingly saying that we're using an internet through their data, which is not true, because we turn off the data along the months because me and my husband we both know how ridiculous is the Globe telecom regarding giving their customer a big bills that is wasn't right without a sense of humor...until now WE'RE SUFFERING FOR THE GLOBE SYSTEM they keep charging us trice of the bill of the plan we'd chose to have, we're just renting an apartment, we used to budget our money for our food for everyday just to pay the Globe or else they will terminate our our lines and we will gonna pay for about 86,000php up, times for the months as for the contract we made... Globe they keep saying that both of our accounts was under of investigation but still we're paying for so much, hope, the Globe system will gotta change they're giving us a hard time and heartaches for so much trouble they made to destroy our good living paying for so much expenses instead of budgeting for our foods for everyday since everything here on the Philippines was having a price Hiking...We always asking to have a talk to their personnel especially to their supervisor but non of them tried to talk with us... and that's really annoying and their Hotline representative it seems thay they are all out of skills....it's crazy to say this but, I HATE GLOBE For all the hard time they're giving us...CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!.....
