I have to say Mat is the most delightful and helpful lettings agent I have worked with his team of Jerome and Charlotte are a delight to work with and really straightforward and charming, Mat went the extra yard for me secured a great rental and nothing was too much for him. I have used TK for a number of years. They rented our house, and also took care of all of it's maintenance. A few years ago, their service saw a bit of a slump, and we almost switched. I am glad I did not.
In the last year, I have certainly noticed a significant pick up in service levels. As in any business, it's all about the people and their attitude. I must say the current team is doing a super job. Proactive, service oriented, looking for solutions at every opportunity,.
And most importantly, I really feel that they are managing our property like if it was theirs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
