I've had my MKX serviced by Hines Park Lincoln for the last five years. Their customer service has always been top-notch. The service department reps are friendly and make you feel welcome; they really take care of you. They're always clear on the recommendation for what needs to be fixed vs. suggestions for the car's long-term health. I waited several weeks for my Nautilus to arrive at Hines Park Lincoln. I chose this location, even though it is 2 hours away and I have one close to me, based on customer service and they already had the model (black Reserve with Terra-cotta interior) was already on the way so I didn t need to order one and wait even longer. It arrived late Friday so I picked it up first thing in the morning. The experience was smooth and I will likely go back when my lease is up and I get the Aviator

I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who said someone would be with me shortly. I then greeted by a friendly service advisor who checked me in. I sat in a very comfortable waiting area until my vehicle was ready. A pleasant cashier checked me out and my vehicle was right outside the door. Once again a very pleasant experience.

I got great service today, from the service counter and the escorted ride to and from the dealership, once I returned to pick up my car, the great service continued. I was able to make another appointment for more regular maintenance to be done. My first impression with getting serviced was not good but today was a very different .great service front to back.
