TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. Review

I worked there for two months. For one week straight they kept bugging us to put in a ten bucks donation for some holiday dinner they were going to have for us. Then, the day before this dinner, they phoned to say not to bother coming into work because we were all being laid off. The day before the lay off, they had agency hire 20 more people, then had to lay them off too. They don't bother telling you that you can be laid off at any time until they suddenly tell you that you are laid off. They don't tell you how long the lay off will be either. That's the other thing. Zero communication.

In this warehouse communication of account manager ishmeet is always Zero she never reply any email if we have any urgent issues .Unprofessional

Randstad will sooner or later (Soon) take this place (TJX) down. Incompetent high paid Randstad management is clueless running TJX operations. High costs and huge employee turnover.

Worked there for a while, huge ware house . Nicely organized. Keep working environment. Good to be busy .

Good working environment and cooperation among staff

Here, u have Abhi in the shipping office,(the know how, go getter. For example, if something is to be shipped n he knows nothing about it, he'll stop what he's doing n go in search of, also if the Receiving is closed for lunch n u have a Few pkgs, he'll received n hand to Chris who is another stalwart in TJX's "armor").

Started with Good team supervisor Jessica however she left , Few supervisor don't know team work, Team leader Ramila/Naresh supervisor by name only at Industrial support they discriminate at work assignments and support people from same origin. Very Disappointed with them as no appreciation on merit work. However the managers are nice and experience with other industrial support supervisor was helpful, very cooperative and work in balance manner.

Perfect place to work in canada as a part time or full time.student

Working their for last 25 years. Love working at TJX because it's very diverse and place for future growth opportunities.

Great job opportunities. The Receiving department was my favorite. Great team to work with. Fast paced. Very supportive, and inclusive, especially for all religions and people with mental health issues.

This is not a retail outlet, this is a distribution centre.

Love the collection they have. Its nice and affordable. It take a bit of time to find the clothes that you really like but worth the quality and money
