Great subs... the big roast beef will forever be a favorite. Reasonably price and the size satisfy my hunger. The ambiance of the place feel very retro and not like a standard chain. Despite being a chain it maintains a home-y feel,

Potbelly's is consistently good and this location does a good job cranking people through quickly. The sandwiches are well made and the ingredients are fresh. It's inexpensive and fast. The sandwiches aren't the hugest you've ever seen but with chips and a drink it's just the right size for lunch.

I have been here a few times and ordered food to go. Food is similar to other potbelly location but the Service has been very good and the location is nice too. I like the interior design of this place. I will suggest downloading and using their app to order. You will get some perks and get your orders on time.

Potbelly's is my favorite sandwhich spot. The service is very friendly and they always give you what you want. I always get the meatball sanwhich and the chocolate shake and am always happy! I would definitely come back.

Excellent experience! Staff was amazing! Especially as sometimes the promo codes don't always register. As that sometime was this time. But as they were understanding and let us have the smoothie for the thirsty Thursday promo. You can say that made my daughter one happy girl!

The ORIGINAL Potbelly! Fast and fun, with excellent sandwiches and salads. The staff are always a lot of fun, too. Cozy little nook of a place which makes you feel like you've stepped back in time.

My wife and I grabbed dinner from the original Potbelly on Lincoln Av. this past week. Originally I wanted to go to the first Potbelly experiences of my life beginning in 2002 at Clybourn and Wayne, but they we closed redirecting me to the original one.

In addition to my two sandwiches we grabbed a couple of bags of the BBQ crunchy awesome chips they have--the guy who took my order and delivered in curbside was amazing as well!

It was AMAZING, just like old times.

Too small of portions. For 10 or $15 I don't even get full. The size of the portions are something my kids would eat but would not leave me satiated

I love the "Wreck" sandwich toasted.it's hard to believe this place started out as a second hand store / antiques and the owner was making sandwiches for the customers.

Yes it is a chain, but you can't go wrong with the potbelly sub.

Potbelly is a constantly reliable sandwich chain, an ever-present reminder that just because a restaurant is a chain it doesn't have to be bad. Potbelly has quick, cheap, and high-quality food, and the decor is always pleasant. Lines move quickly and Potbelly is a great place to get a sandwich or a salad almost always.

The place is homey, comfy. The ice cream sandwich is the best!

It's the OG Potbelly. Has a great ambiance, and the staff here are generally the best trained, quickest, and most knowledgeable in the chain. Worth a stop to get a sense of where it all started. And of course, don't forget to get a shake with your sandwich!

The original. Good sandwiches at a reasonable price. Used to have a better vibe but they got rid of the acoustic singers. Bring them back!

As a big Potbelly fan, I'd be remiss to not go to the original location that started it all. As with every location, they're consistently accurate and quick with orders.

Wreck salad, no cucumbers, extra croutons, fat free vinaigrette. Same order every time.

Love their vege sandwich and the people working there are freindly which is rare for a chain restaurant.

Feels like home. The service is amazing, friendly and nice. Food is amazing for the price you pay and the drinks are great to.

Best, cheapest sandwich place. We love the ham and turkey sandwiches.

Staff is rude. The manager as well as some of the employees seem to have an attitude about 90% of the time. Great sandwiches though. If your a highschool kid and walk in with your friends, chances are that the employees already hate you. You can walk in happy and leave pissed sometimes. Rudeness rubs off on people.

Stumbled miserably into Potbelly's immediately following a root canal in search of liquid sustenance, my heart set on chicken noodle soup and a coffee shake. To my dismay, the menu listed seemingly every option other than the coveted chicken noodle. As politely as I could, trying to avoid drooling from my temporarily paralyzed face, I asked a team member if they had any other soups available, and the response was that, unfortunately, they did not. After thanking her and turning to walk out in search of my soup - my sole reason to go on in face of diminishing Novocain and a gutted tooth throbbing with pain - LeLe stated that she would be happy to get me chicken noodle soup, unaware of the painful start to my day, and the half-smile it would bring to my face. While it may sound like a small act of kindness, in the right moment, even the smallest acts can really turn a day around and bring warmth to the heart of a victim of dental work! Thank you, LeLe!

I asked for a short Oreo milkshake
Then at the cashier the staff worker was charging me 1 short and 1 reg. I respectfully just clarified that wasn't my order. Then he blammed me and told me that i said those 2. And the other staff member instigated and said he heard me say 1 short 1 reg when i didn't in the first place.
This was extrmemely unnecessary and unprofessional. When working with customets they should not be blammed for a mess up that occured inside the prep area.

Also he gave the wrong change. I gave a $5 and he gave me a $5 back..

I love Potbelly's. This location was nice and a good size with lots of seating options. I was at the Zoo and in the mood for Potbelly's so I took a 10 min detour and enjoyed a delicious sandwich.

The best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and great milkshakes and I also love the Wreck salad. This Potbelly's has great service and a great atmosphere. Try the pizza sub or their chicken salad. Both great! Very reasonably priced, fresh and filling.
