I live in the center of a few KTM Dealers so I thought I would reach out to TJ's as their reviews seemed solid. Well, I can say that if they don't keep their word or track their inquiries like they did mine they will eventually be hurting in their financials. I reached out by phone and asked for sales and I thought they passed me to TJ or a Tom (can't quite remember the name). I told them I was calling on the 2017 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R and wanted to know if it was still available, they stated it was. I told them that I lived about 1.5 to 2 hours away and could they get me and OTD Price so I could prepare a Cashiers Check for the correct amount as I was pleased with the advertised price and wasn't going to negotiate the price down any further. I know that freight, dealer set-up plus taxes needed to be added on and I didn't know what their freight and dealer set-up costs were so I wanted to have that total. The gentleman that I spoke with stated he would send me over the OTD Price in a few hours to my email. I never received it and sent in another request through the website and left a message the next day and still no response. I had a guy tell me that the Powersports industry survives by selling units so they will have something to service. This kinda makes me wonder what TJ's Cycle Sales is thinking and they may want to drop the "Sales" out of their company name.

Maybe the worst customer service that I have seen in my experience. The owner does not try to problem solve whatsoever and will let a customer walk right out . He has a smug smirk on his face and you can tell that he is not trustworthy when dealing face to face. Don t waste your time here.

The service was unsatisfactory and I was misled on the diagnosis of my bike. I then took my bike to another shop and it ended up costing me more than it should have based off TJ Cycles diagnosis. After voicing my opinion on google reviews, Paul made an effort to refund me my diagnosis fee. Not too happy about it but Paul made an effort to make it better.

I have to drive close to 100 miles just to get there. But between their outstanding service, personal attention, and obvious passion for KTM, it's worth every mile to me and then some!
I've learned the hard way not to let just anyone work on my bike. What a great feeling it is to have finally found someplace where they actually know what they're talking about, and truly care about their clients.

2week wait for service for a new bike I bought from them 6 months ago, service manager:, as I told you we will be on you bike sir on 8-15, call on 8-16 sir you next on the lift today, call 8-17 Saturday and get ahhhh there is 2 in front of you: my response- don t touch my f-n bike I m coming to get it. No sorry, nothing but blank faces when I pick up my bike. Frankly the service here is sub par, go somewhere else.

I swung by during lunch on an impulsive whim yesterday and the sales guy (Tom, I think) worked with me from the get-go... he is very easy to talk to...I saw absolutely zero pushy sales folks in there...this team is pretty knowable on a variety of bikes (both dirt and road). Not to mention, The finance Lady was great. She went over the finances in minute detail, wrote down the key dates for maintenance , etc. That's going to save me a lot of time down the way. Now, I'm already considering a second bike soon, heh

What a motorcycle shop should be !!! HUGE selection of dirtbike and street bike gear including helmets jackets jerseys gloves and boots. Really great inventory of current model year bikes and used inventory. Amazing that this is a locally owned Austin original dealership. They prove great people and great products equal longevity and dominance in the market. Highly recommend!!

I have been bring my bikes to TJ's for many years. Their customer service is above and beyond. Brian will make sure that at the end of the day you are taken care of. I have had bikes serviced here many times and have never had any issues. Both my dirt bikes and my cruisers. If you ever have an issue at all, I would speak with Brian he is very fair and will make sure any issue gets dealt with. I would highly recommend giving them a shot. Sure everyone makes mistakes, if they do I am confident that this shop will take care of me. Keep up the good work TJ's Cycle. You have a loyal customer in me!
