Amanda has been incredibly helpful (and patient) with me making multiple watch and jewelry purchases. In fact it was her patience, guidance and commitment to helping my better half land on the perfect watch for her wrist and style that has made Tivol (and Amanda) my go-to for all things watches and jewelry. I've never had a bad experience at Tivol... everyone is super friendly and very engaging. Can't ask for much more from a local store. I never hestiate to recommend them to a friend.

I wanted to give an atypical review. 2020 was clearly a hard year for A LOT of people. Personally for me, it was the year that my relationship ended and my wedding plans were cancelled. I had the pleasure of working with Susan during this time of transition and she was super sweet and helpful. She made sure that I was okay- and I really needed that. I felt like all the employees were so sweet and kind to me. Not only to me, but to my son! Who- I didn t realize loves big, expensive diamonds! The team at Tivol loved showing him their collection of diamond necklaces and rings and for the next week he asked if we could return to buy them! They are a great team with huge hearts! A HUGE shoutout to Susan for her empathy and compassion. I truly believe that she will go above and beyond for her customers!!

I had such an amazing experience shopping for and picking out my David Yurman X crossover ring with Sarah. The checkout process was so easy and I received my ring in amazing condition. I was informed by Sarah that if I had any complications or sizing issues to come to her and she would take care of it. Overall fantastic experience!
