Over funded, funds spent on irrelevant things to pocket the heads etc. No real policies and any push towards any projects are instantly hounded upon and rejected. Very fishy place, funded 500k which has gone no where to improve anything. Scam charity with a cover up just for profit.

Very helpful, friendly staff. A great local service for benefits and loan etc and local activities for toddlers.

A worthy service ran by volunteers doing a great job for vulnerable people. They are underfunded and under supported. God bless them all.
I waste my time going there. verythema unhelpful. even she could speak different language but still didn't want speak client and want some one to translate. I wouldn't give 1 star

About Birmingham Settlement
Founded in 1899, Birmingham Settlement is one of the oldest charities in the city. It forms part of a movement of social reform activists outraged by the plight of the poor in the 19th century. Originally Birmingham Settlement?s work concentrated on providing support to women and families in the seriously deprived area of St Mary?s, now known as Newtown.
